Description
The B&B "Carpe Diem" is located in Coppito, L'Aquila, on the ground floor of a charming single family house, in a quiet and private residential area.

The structure (135sqm) features a garden and a large fenced parking lot. It includes a large living room (35sqm) used as a common area, a kitchen (25sqm) with a cozy breakfast nook, all fully equipped.

There are three types of rooms: a spacious double room (20sqm), perfect if necessary to accommodate up to 4 people, one double room convertible into a triple and a single.

The services are outside the rooms and on request you can ask for the use of a private bathroom.

Each room has a TV and Wi -Fi.

In the living room you can also take advantage of SKY.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ho avuto necessità improvvisa di un B&B vicino l'ospedale e non potevo trovare di meglio. La Signora Rita di una dolcezza infinita si è subito prodigata per aiutarmi (senza un minimo di preavviso... poverina) mi sono sentita come a casa e il suo B&B è un vero gioiellino curato nei minimi particolari! Il top! Grazie infinite Rita.

Cercando un punto dove potermi fermare per un paio di giorni in Abruzzo, ho trovato questo grazioso B&B. Il posto si trova al pian terreno di una piccola villetta in Coppito, una frazione fuori dall'Aquila. Si può arrivare in auto e lasciarla posteggiata all'interno del giardino. Gli spazi all'interno sono grandi e accoglienti, vi è una cucina e un salottino comune molto grande. La mia camera a due letti singoli era ampia e pulita. Ho potuto usare un bagno esclusivamente per me (vi sono due bagni e tre camere in tutto). La cosa importante per alcune persone è che i cani sono accettati all'interno della struttura. Io ho viaggiato assieme al mio cane che si è trovato anche lui bene. Ovviamente mi rimando all'educazione stessa del padrone e dei cani.

Ancora prima di andare via, stavamo già pensando a quando ritornare da Rita! La proprietaria, infatti, ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso con la sua accoglienza calorosa, spontanea e familiare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella camera che ci ha riservato. Il B&B ha spazi ampi, puliti, in cui puoi trovare tutto quello che ti serve per un soggiorno in piena tranquillità. Grazie Rita. A presto.

The b&b is about 4km from the nursing home "Villa Letizia" in Preturo, 700m from "Reiss Romoli" and 5 km from the historic center of the city of L'Aquila.
