Description

Our family’s villa has been recently renovated. It’s located in a convenient and quiet area at the foot of Pettino’s Mount and it has plenty of fenced space around it, including an internal parking. Several bus lines cover this area and allow our guests to limit the use of their own car.

Nearby there are:
· the Amiternum shopping center (500 m), which offers a variety of shops, a Conad supermarket and free parking;
· the S. Salvatore Hospital (2 km);
· the University of L’Aquila (2 km);
· the Guardia di Finanza School (2 km);
· the Giovanni da Capestrano church (1 km), where perpetual adoration is held.

Our B&B L’Aquila offers a high quality service combined with expertise and friendliness. At least a member of our family is always available in the house to help and meet your needs.

Our B&B L’Aquila has 4 spacious bedrooms, which can be used as triples, doubles or singles, according to our guests need. The WiFi access is free and each of rooms has a TV set. Two rooms have a balcony with a great view. A washroom and a bathroom with shower are available in any room.

Towels and breakfast are included in the prices. We offer a choice of coffee, milk, yogurt, tea, biscuits, rusks, cornflakes, fruit juices and jams for breakfast.

Communications with the manager took place via WhatsApp. Detailed and exhaustive instructions for accessing the property and behavior. Everything perfect, cleanliness, additional facilities and courtesy. The manager is also very helpful in providing specific information on local logistical services. The only note concerns a certain distance from the city center. Anyway, an excellent stay from every point of view!

I booked the room with very short notice, but the manager was very efficient in handling the situation and still finding an optimal accommodation for both of us. The structure is very beautiful, quiet and peaceful; the rooms are spacious and comfortable and above all spotlessly clean. I would also like to emphasize the friendliness, kindness, and availability of the manager, who even offered to drive us to our destination the next morning. I absolutely recommend this property.

I had the pleasure of staying only 2 days in this property and I recommend it with closed eyes for several reasons: spacious, clean and bright property, well connected property, very fair value for money, the owner, Gianluca, is an exquisite person: available and reachable for anything. A kindness that, to date, very few have. In my case, he was an angel fallen from heaven. If one day you should stay in L'Aquila, I absolutely recommend it.

For what has been our experience, I was accompanied by my wife, the manager Mr. Gianluca was very helpful and friendly. The structure is welcoming and well maintained, organized to the essentials but with care. The breakfast then, was like being at home (it is possible to use the kitchen and various cookware, as well as the large classic coffee maker, to prepare a good coffee). We had a great time, I think that if we should happen to stay in L'Aquila again we will return without doubts. Very clean. The shower in one of the 2 rooms is a bit small. But the tranquility of the place and the kindness of the manager make up for the small flaw. We will definitely come back.

I stayed at this property with my girlfriend for New Year's Eve and I must say we had a really good time. The place looks nice from the outside and the location is good, as the area is quiet. Upon entering, you can immediately notice a good care of the environments which are warm, welcoming, functional, and well arranged. The common living room is cozy, the clean kitchen is well stocked for breakfast. Regarding the rooms, some with en-suite bathrooms, you can see how the renovation work (I presume post-earthquake) has done its job. Excellent cleanliness of both the rooms and the bathrooms. In short, a complete and welcoming structure with an excellent value for money, great for those looking for some peace and comfort. A praise, as well as a greeting, goes to the manager Mr. Gian Luka, for his kindness, availability, and professionalism. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again.

The B&B L'Aquila is a wonderful place. It is very close to the engineering university and, if it is helpful to know, also to the hospital. The rooms are warm, comfortable, and clean, as are the bathrooms. The place in general is equipped with all comforts. Gian Luka, the manager, is a wonderful person, helpful, smiling, affectionate, humble, whom I hope to see again soon because, once I found a place like this, when returning to L'Aquila, I will not look for other B&Bs.
