The farmhouse is situated amidst enchanting hills, just 6 km from the center of L'Aquila. Surrounded by nature, it offers spacious panoramic rooms that provide breathtaking views of the L'Aquila valley. During the summer months, our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy our solarium, swimming pool, and bar service with quick lunches, ideal for spending days of complete relaxation.

Nice, clean, spacious room with a panoramic view. Excellent breakfast; perhaps eggs were missing, but both sweet and savory items were of good quality. We were lucky to use the pool, which made the stay perfect, and the poolside lunch consisted of delicious dishes. It was recommended to us by a friend and the holiday exceeded our expectations. Heartfelt thanks to everyone, from the owner to the staff.

Everything was perfect. The owner and staff were very kind and very helpful. A relaxing place with a wonderful pool and a small bar. Surrounded by nature and with a very beautiful view. Large, clean rooms, well equipped and furnished. Nothing is missing. Recommended.

Services not up to the price paid. Only two small soap sachets in the bathroom. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Poor breakfast, absence of plant-based drinks. The pool area is very nice but frequented by people coming from outside.

Ci teniamo però a precisare che per venire incontro a esigenze alimentari specifiche (come le bevande vegetali), è sufficente segnalarlo prima dell'arrivo o direttamente al check in: il nostro staff è sempre pronto a procurare quanto richiesto quando informato tempestivamente. Per quanto riguarda la piscina, l'ingresso a clienti esterni è contingentato e regolamentato per garantire a tutti il giusto confort. Inoltre come da messaggi intercorsi dopo il check out avevate la possibilità di rimanere gratuitamente in piscina tutto il giorno. Faremo tesoro delle sue note sul servizio di cortesia in bagno. Accommodation far from the town center, frequented mainly for its pool, with a neglected exterior and a reception that offered no personal attention. Avoid.

Gentilissimo Sigor. Cardesi , ci rincresce che la struttura non abbia incontrato le sue aspettative. Desideriamo inoltre sottolineare che la disponibilità del nostro staff è sempre massima , ma richiede un confronto sereno ed entro i limiti del rispetto reciproco. Aveva a disposizione una camera di 30mq climatizzata, con parcheggio riservato a 5 metri dall'ingresso. Ovviamente non consideriamo veritiera la sua recensione considerando la media delle precedenti. The property is in a nice location and is fairly well maintained on the outside, 15 minutes from L'Aquila, with a beautiful panorama. Rooms are very basic; cleanliness was not optimal, with cobwebs and little attention to detail. For example, a broken toilet seat and taps that do not work properly.

This is the second time we are going to this beautiful location. What can I say, the place speaks for itself, enchanting and quiet. A beautiful property surrounded by greenery with a nice well-maintained pool. I was assigned a double room specifying that it was smaller compared to the others, but I found it very comfortable, also the bathroom and shower were very large and everything was super clean. Excellent breakfast, varied and abundant. What can I say about Luca, a serious and capable manager, who handled a very small inconvenience like a true gentleman. I highly recommend it.

"I was a guest at this B&B and I can say it was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Located in a quiet position but just a step away from the city. The spacious and carefully finished rooms are impeccable. Excellent welcome. If one wants to make a note, the access road to the structure is not extremely easy, but it is a flaw that does not affect the stay.

Wonderful and brand new structure, perfect for those traveling by motorcycle and wanting to relax in the pool at the end of the day. Access is included in the price of the stay. We were welcomed like Family Members, the managers are young, friendly, and helpful. If I may give a piece of advice, I would also organize myself for dinner. They recommended a restaurant 800 meters away, so we went on foot, which served as a restaurant, pizzeria, grill, excellent and with fair prices, but it competes... We will definitely come back. Well done Guys.
