We stayed at the B&B in late July 2023, given the positive reviews that were absolutely not disappointed. Mrs. Fiorella, kind and friendly, is always attentive to the needs and requests of the guest and makes you feel at home. Just the time to cross the street and it's the sea!

Five nights and lots of tranquility. Everything characterized by a well-kept, well-managed structure close to the sea. Also good is the establishment with which the B&B Villa Fiorella is affiliated. Being pampered by Mrs. Fiorella made us feel at home. Excellent breakfasts. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back.

We spent a weekend with my family, we felt at home, Mrs. Fiorella was welcoming and friendly, abundant breakfast, she took care of my children by making little pizzas and donuts even if not requested, highly recommended!

The structure is essential but has everything you need. The small fridge in the room and the common terrace with sofas were particularly appreciated. Not suitable for those seeking luxury but perfect for those who want to feel at home; this is also made possible by Mrs. Fiorella who spoils you as if you were a visiting relative. I will definitely come back.

It is the second year that we stay at Villa Fiorella, the children Lorenzo and Rosa and the mother Fiorella are very kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent and abundant. The structure is a short walk from the sea and the center of Tortoreto Lido. I recommend it.

Comfortable environment, wonderful welcome as the kindness and availability of the managers. I was happy but especially the children because the proximity to the sea is important as the use of the bikes provided and therefore we didn't have to bring from home. Top breakfast! We will gladly come back.

We stayed at Villa Fiorella for 6 nights between late July and early August and we had a great time. The location of the B&B is priceless: just one block from the sea, from an amazing pastry shop, and from the best ice cream parlor we have ever been to. There is also a small supermarket a couple of blocks away. The breakfast is really nice despite the current COVID restrictions: instead of a buffet, they have a detailed list of various options and they ask guests to select what they want to eat the following morning. On the list there are always different types of bread, ham, cheese, jam, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and juice as well as some local specialties, like the famous bignè al cioccolato, which they buy fresh in the amazing pastry store that is pretty much next door to the B&B. Moreover, the apartments get cleaned every day and the owners go out of their way not only to make guests feel welcome but also to help them find the best places to eat and shop for gifts etc. Overall, we loved our stay in Tortoreto Lido and Villa Fiorella. Thank you, Lorenzo and Rosa, and we really hope we will be able to see you soon.

I stayed from July 31st to August 7th. It was my first experience in a B&B and I would say it was simply perfect. You will find yourself just steps from the sea, a Conad 200 meters away, included in the price are beach umbrella, laundry, wifi, and bicycles useful for moving quickly along the seafront. The owners are friendly people, always available and ready to give you suggestions for any outings or needs. A heartfelt thank you and see you soon as I will definitely come back. We felt very comfortable. The host was very friendly and accommodating. In the garden, there is a lovely spot to relax. The motorcycle was parked in a private spot.

Excellent location very close to the sea and the center, super abundant and good breakfast, friendliness of the manager and information provided. The price included umbrella, private parking which was essential for us and bicycles, so the quality/price ratio was excellent. We appreciated breakfast on the common balcony of the structure and the fact that, having few rooms, the B&B was frequented by a few guests, which was essential in this period of Covid-19. The structure has a swing and a rocking chair, appreciated by our three-year-old daughter. If I had to point out something, it is that the wifi in the room does not work well, but it was not a problem for us.

Dated structure but with recently renovated rooms and bathrooms, therefore functional. Varied and abundant breakfast. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. Close to the beach and main services. Siamo stati (in coppia) ospiti del B&B dal 15/06 al 18/06/18. Situato in zona tranquillissima, di fronte alla spiaggia il B&B dispone di tutti i confort che si possono chiedere. La disponibilità dei gestori, principalmente della sig. na Rosa, è stata eccezionale. Dolce, garbata e attenta alle nostre richieste. Il sig. Lorenzo l'ho visto solo una mattina e dall'apparenza mi è sembrato anche lui una persona dolcissima. Disponibilità e discrezione sono le loro caratteristiche. Autonomi in tutto, posso dire che siamo stati benissimo. Rita Tutore.

Camera accogliente anche se con arredo non eccezionale comunque con tv aria condizionata e bagno. Pulizia massima fatta quotidianamente e con molta cura e personale gentile disponibile e simpatico. Colazione più che abbondante. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato. lo consiglierei tranquillamente a tutti é un ottimo posto.
