Description
The Villa Consorti bed and breakfast is situated in a nice town at the border between Marche and Abruzzo, 500 mt from the sea, close to Villa Rosa downtown.

Its position allows to spend pleasant week-ends and holidays at the seaside and to reach well known touristic areas (such as “Gran Sasso d'Italia, "Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo", "Grotte di Stiffe", "Ascoli Piceno", etc).

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 16 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 15 to 8 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 75% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 7 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The breakfast room is a place used for serving breakfast.

The breakfast is of continental type: a generally sweet meal with a hot drink (milk, coffee, cappuccino, barley or tea) accompanied by bread, toast, butter, jam, Nutella or honey or other sweet foods and baked goods; Yogurt, cereals, fruit juices, fruits and variations of savory foods are also available for those who prefer it.

The breakfast is served directly by the members of the cheerful and special family who run the establishment.

During the low season, breakfast can be managed independently by the customer.

The breakfast room is available for guests to have lunch and packed dinners. The use of the kitchenette is only allowed for the preparation of hot meals for younger guests.

Ringrazio per la grande accoglienza, disponibilità e per avermi fatta sentire a casa anche se viaggiavo sola! Inoltre mi è stata messa a disposizione la bicicletta gratuitamente a ogni momento del giorno per tutto il soggiorno e la ciclabile è bellissima! Ottima colazione che all’aperto incanta con il sorriso di Vincenzo, la madre e la figlia! Grazie mille spero di tornare presto.

Camera spaziosa e accogliente. Colazione eccellente e abbondante. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Anche se non in riva al mare (10 minuti a piedi) è possibile usare le biciclette a disposizione per arrivare in spiaggia in un paio di minuti o meno. Comodissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Consorti per due settimane in un clima di grande cordialità. La struttura si trova in una strada interna molto silenziosa ma anche vicinissima alla spiaggia, raggiungibile in pochi minuti con le biciclette che ci sono state messe a disposizione. La camera grande, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni confort. Ci hanno cambiato la biancheria ogni due giorni! La colazione varia, abbondante e i dolci, fatti rigorosamente in casa, sono eccellenti. Proprio una bella vacanza, all'insegna del relax e della cortesia. Come essere in famiglia! Da consigliare vivamente!

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita, cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità di bici per tutti gli ospiti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo per una notte (purtroppo) I proprietari gentilissimi, non molto vicina al mare ma con il servizio bici offerto dalla struttura è possibile raggiungere la spiaggia in meno di 5 minuti! La camera semplice e pulita, e un giardino tranquillo e curato, perfetto anche per chi ha bambini grazie alla presenza di qualche giochino! (Mio figlio ha apprezzato molto☺️) Anche l’ombrellone in spiaggia ci è stato fornito dalla struttura, compreso nel prezzo della camera. Torneremo sicuramente! Straconsigliato!

Ho trascorso una settimana in questo B&B in pieno agosto con mio marito. Accoglienza quasi familiare, buonissima organizzazione e disponibilità per agevolare il soggiorno nel miglior modo possibile. Abbiamo ricevuto consigli utili per le cene e i posti da visitare in zona. Camera molto pulita e ben tenuta, colazione strepitosa, sia dolce che salata, con alimenti freschi e dolci appena fatti, frutta, tutto in abbondanza. La zona è tranquilla e i gestori sono lodevoli nel prodigarsi nell'attenzione verso il cliente.

Pulizia e cortesia eccellenti. Struttura dotata di ogni confort. E diciamo che anche il prezzo è conforme alla qualità generale. Consigliatissimo! Ah dimenticavo, è molto vicino al mare, con la bici in dotazione, ci si mette 2 minuti.
