Hi, I am Veronica, the owner of the house.
Welcome to my large 19th Century apartment located in the historical center of beautiful Verona, near Juliette's House, Piazza Erbe, and Ponte Pietra.
The name Le Flaneur evokes slow voyages, where the impulse comes exclusively from the desire to experience places steeped in their veracity and authenticity. And I genuinely welcome you, family-style, with the timeless traditions of bed and breakfasts.

THE SUITE
Our home is in the city center and is part of the city’s history. The period details and floors from the early 1900s offer each room a different decor.
Enjoy private space for you, your family, and your friends. Your suite includes an adjoining room where you can enjoy breakfast, relax, or even work.
The Suite Room is made up of 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple room, 2 bathrooms, 1 breakfast room. The entire bed and breakfast area is reserved for 1 guest (couple or group,) at a time.
As for bed and breakfasts, the two persons rate is intended for double occupancy of one of the double rooms (the other one will be closed) and the three persons rate is intended for occupancy of the triple room. In order to book two double rooms for single use please contact me directly.

It was a romantic getaway for my husband's birthday, Veronica the owner was super helpful in helping me make our stay unforgettable! Very kind, helpful, well-organized and... what can I say, fantastic! The room was wonderful, very nice style, exceptional cleanliness and truly fantastic breakfast!

I stayed for only one night but we had a great time, very convenient location near the center, very cozy and warm house. The Lady was always very helpful and caring. Excellent value for money. Absolutely recommend.

All good, the only thing maybe the manager had forgotten to tell us that the bathroom was shared, but we were a group of friends. The manager is a lovely person.

Mi spiace che ci sia stata un'incomprensione, rilegga il messaggio Whatsapp che ci siamo scambiati, vedrà che lo spazio era descritto così: “2 camere matrimoniali con un bagno privato e sala colazione privata” Sono sempre precisa sul tipo di sistemazione offerta perché per me è molto importante che i possibili ospiti possano valutare liberamente se lo spazio è adatto alle proprie esigenze. La descrizione esatta dello spazio appare anche nella Descrizione struttura di bed and breakfast.it “2 camere matrimoniali con un bagno privato e sala colazione privata” Solitamente la mia Suite due camere è molto gradita da gruppi di amici e famiglie che hanno a disposizione uno spazio completamente privato, molto simile a quello di una vera casa. Ho infatti il piacere di effettuare il check in di persona, per conoscere i miei ospiti e fornire loro tutte le spiegazioni necessarie per sfruttare al meglio la casa e gli spazi e potersi concentrare solo sulla propria vacanza. Come sa, se necessario, offro anche un supporto per parcheggiare l’auto in zona. La presenza al check-in e l’assistenza al parcheggio sono ormai gentilezze offerte solo in strutture di lusso, ma ritengo che facciano parte dell’autentica accoglienza in bed and breakfast. Senza contare che la possibilità di utilizzare un pass per il parcheggio gratuito in zona è considerato una vera benedizione dai nostri ospiti perché permette di risparmiare ben 15 euro al giorno. Sono felice che abbia apprezzato il contesto d’epoca della casa, la posizione in pieno centro e la pulizia dello spazio della camera Suite che da quest’anno è ancora più ampio. Infatti, a parità di costi, ha avuto a disposizione anche una Sala colazione/relax a suo uso esclusivo per tutto il soggiorno. La ringrazio anche della menzione alla colazione, che si basa sulla ricerca continua di specialità locali preparate da note pasticcerie della zona e quindi di elevatissima qualità. La limitazione dell’emergenza sanitaria che impone l’uso di prodotti confezionati è stata solo un’ulteriore spinta a fare e offrire di più agli ospiti del B&B. Aggiungo che negli ultimi due anni ho avuto il piacere di consentire ai nostri ospiti di utilizzare il bonus vacanza, che moltissime strutture rifiutano (o che accettano con limitazioni) perché economicamente penalizzante dopo un lungo periodo di chiusura e di mancati guadagni. Per me si è trattato di una scelta etica, ritengo che dopo un lungo periodo di restrizione per gli italiani, sia giusto offrire una facilitazione per godere di una rilassante vacanza. Mi auguro di poterla ospitare ancora e le mando un saluto da Verona! Veronica.

We really felt at home, Veronica is a very kind, helpful and affectionate person, attentive above all to give an extra cuddle to her customers. Absolutely recommended, the structure has a spectacular view of Piazza Isolo and is also located a stone's throw from the main attractions. We will definitely come back.

Apartment really comfortable, furnished with good taste, cared for in every detail. Precision of the owner and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast due to covid consists of only packaged products, very commercial, maybe a choice could be made on products of higher quality. However, the choice was very wide and overall the judgment on the apartment is excellent.

Nice bed and breakfast in a great location and cozy. The cleanliness is impeccable, as well as the kindness and availability of the landlady. The style is very refined and well taken care of in the details, although I was surprised not to see even a small TV in the room. Another downside is definitely the breakfast, which in my opinion is quite poor and “packaged”. An assortment of fresh pastries or a possible savory choice for those who would like it would certainly make a better impression compared to a self-service of only snacks, sliced bread, and supermarket cookies. The breakfast room is very nice, too bad for the limited choice that the property offers.

I can’t give less than 10 for everything. Stay was perfect.
Veronica was so helpful from arrival help, site seeing to dinner recommendations. Her house was within walking distance to the walled city. The best part was the breakfast. So many choices and beautifully presented. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will see you again soon.

We had a lovely stay at Veronicas. She was kind, gave us loads of advice for where to go and what to see. The room was clean and spacious.
The breakfast was fantastic with many different things to chose from, both local and ordinary. A bit to much sugary things, but concidering the common italian breakfast this is nothing.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Veronicas place in a heartbeat.

As you said, I love to offer a great variery of options and to give my guests the opportunity to taste some traditional recipies. I also take into consideration those who don't like a sweet Italian breakfast offering local cheese and ham. As a registered bed and breakfast, this is the best I can do since we are not allowed to cook for guests. This explains why I am not able to offer eggs or bacon for example. We had a wonderful couple of days with Veronica in Verona. She is an absolutely lovely host. She was very accommodating and helpful. The location is very central. Excellent breakfast with flexible timings. We loved our room it was very comfortable with beautiful decor. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Le Flaneur. It is located in a quiet, nice neighbourhood, very near to the city center. The rooms were exactly the same as on the photos on the website, they were really beautiful. Veronica was very nice and helpful, and told us a lot of beautiful things about Verona. She also helped us with showing us the right places to choose for the opera, and served every morning a delicious, abundant breakfast with products from the region.

Che dire, stile e classe in questo B&B scelto su trip. Le camere sono arredate con stile ed eleganza e il letto è comodissimo. Pulizia e cura dei particolari davvero impeccabile. La posizione è stupenda, a due passi dal centro storico, dalla casa di Giulietta e grande facilità di parcheggio. L'accoglienza della padrona di casa è squisita, sempre pronta a darti un prezioso consiglio, simpatica, cortese e discreta,. La colazione molto raffinata e abbondante con prodotti tipici. Un gradevole e bellissimo ambiente, mi sono trovato benissimo, ci tornerò.

Stunning quaint property in a fantastic location which is both quiet but a few minutes walk from the centre. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying.

Il posto ci è piaciuto moltissimo: in centro a 10 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni ma al tempo stesso in una zona tranquilla. Veronica ci ha accolto come se fossimo a casa nostra, la stanza e arredata di gusto per non parlare della colazione!
Insomma, tutto ottimo. Consigliato!

Tutto al massimo dei voti per pulizia, locazione, casa.
Ma soprattutto per la meravigliosa e disponibile padrona di casa (Veronica ?) che ci ha accolto come se fossimo amici di lunga data. Molto discreta e professionale, ottimo appoggio per consigli sulla città.

Très belle chambre dans un quartier sympathique de Vérone. La propriétaire, Veronica, nous a très bien accueillis. Elle a partagé avec nous de nombreux conseils: restaurants, cafés, monuments à visiter..Grâce à elle, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Vérone. Nous conseillons vivement cette chambre d'hôtes.

Non c'è una sola cosa negativa da segnalare: tutto perfetto!
Ottima posizione, la colazione servita in camera è incredibilmente romantica, perfetti i piccoli dettagli come il piccolo cioccolatino sul letto o la bottiglia di prosecco sul comodino.
Ma la cosa che più colpisce è la gentilezza di Veronica, che ci ha trattato come se fossimo suoi amici da sempre e ha assolutamente ecceduto anche le migliori aspettative.
Ero scettico dei voti così alti ottenuti da questa struttura, ma sono stato piacevolmente smentito: 10 è fin troppo poco!
Complimenti e consiglio vivamente a tutti di venire in questo meraviglioso B&B.

Sono stato ospite per 4 giorni presso questo B&B e la mia impressione è di eccellenza.
L'arredamento è molto bello, il bagno è un gioiellino e la colazione è ricca ed impreziosita da dolciumi locali. Per chi poi avesse necessità di aiuto per qualsiasi cosa o semplicemente di scambiare quattro chiacchiere non ho mai trovato persone così carine, premurose e disponibili.

Avendo soggiornato in altri B&B a Verona, posso dire che questo è il migliore che mi sia capitato. Pulitissimo, stanza comodissima con tutto ciò che può occorrere, balconcino meraviglioso, bagno funzionale e profumi differenti che ti inebriano e ti fanno rilassare. La colazione da sogno, non ho mai visto una cosa del genere. Ho vissuto 2 anni a Verona e posso dire che si trova in un posto strategico per poter visitare la città. Verona una persona che ti fa sentire davvero a casa, o forse meglio.
