Our B&B is placed at Verona art city, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the historic heart of the city. "La Casa Di Luisa" is a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Grazie mille Luisa. Dovrei parlare più italiano! Bella Luisa, I want you to teach me Italian! Grazie, grazie, grazie. A fantastic location in a piazza, right next to the Teatro Romano, we cannot recommend this place enough. So close to amenities with a fantastic view to the river and ponte pietra.

Luisa is a wonderful person and she has one of the nicest appartments we have ever been to! We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time! The view from the guestroom is fantastic and the B&B is perfectly located near most sights on a beautifull hill. Luisa is a very friendly and welcoming italian lady and we very much enjoyed spending time with her at breakfeast. We had a great time and we highly recommend Luisas' Casa to everyone visiting Verona. Thank you Luisa!

Seniora Luisa was the most amazing host! She offered information about everything and made us feel at home. Breakfast is served in the colourful garden and includes homemade cake. Excellent location eight outside the historic city that offers magnificent views from the window. We wished we could stay longer.

Luisa is a wonderful host. She greeted us on arrival and took us to the garage to park our car (there were no spots in front of her place to pull in and unload our luggage so she thoughtfully put it in her car and brought it and us back to the house). The room was as we expected, a good size and sparkling clean as was the large bathroom. The breakfast each day was delicious and served in her lovely garden. The location is ideal. We walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful city. Just to note, it was hot while we were there so we needed to keep the window open at night. The Roman theater is next to the property and they were having performances that finished quite late (after midnight), so it was rather noisy. That said, I don’t know how often the theater gives performances. We would highly recommend this BnB and can’t say enough about how warm and charming Luisa is.

Luisa is a kind and charming hostess. Her accommodation is clean, comfortable with a great breakfast. There is even a hoist to carry the baggage up to her floor. Her beautiful garden is sunny with shade too and is a peaceful place. Everyday Luisa served a generous breakfast with delicious coffee. The location is excellent, close to everything, a historical spot and yet quiet. It was our pleasure to have met Luisa and we enjoyed a great visit to Verona.

Casa Luisa is within walking distance to all the major attractions, yet it is on the other side of the river, and therefore is quiet and sees fewer tourists milling around. The room is very nice and has the view of river. The breakfast is served in the beautiful garden, it is very large with meat and a lot of fruits. Luisa is extremely helpful with everything one needs. I highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Verona. I would also say that it is best to know a little bit of Italian, it would greatly improve the experience when visiting the country.

Magnificent location, close to the ponte di pietra and the City centre. Luisa is a very nice and welcoming person. We enjoyed very much our stay in Verona with her. Large and comfortable room with a small private bathroom attached. Parking lot at 300 m.

Luisas Garten ist ein Gedicht, ein herrlicher Platz für das leckere Frühstück, nette Wirtin, schöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer über die Etsch und die Türme der Altstadt, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, Busanbindung auch gut.

Bei Luisa haben wir eine Unterkunft vorgefunden, die wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Verona wieder auswählen werden und sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, il bagno è piccolo. Però l'appartamento è in posizione comodissima per visitare il centro storico di Verona e la signora Luisa molto gentile, disponibile per orario check in diverso dal solito e dispensatrice di ottimi consigli per visitare la città. E poi la torta fatta in casa per la colazione servita nel grazioso e fiorito terrazzino interno è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Grazie Luisa.

La casa di Luisa è accogliente come la sua proprietaria. Vicina al centro e silenziosa con un giardino pensile delizioso! Unica pecca il bagno molto piccolo e le scale di due piani che sono abbastanza scomode con valigie grandi. Noi avevamo solo zaini e quindi è andata benissimo!

La signora Luisa ha una gentilezza e un attenzione per l’ospite davvero eccezionali. La struttura è molto pulita e comoda per raggiungere il centro di Verona. Ho trovato davvero molto bello il giardino in cui viene servita la colazione. Consigliato assolutamente!

La casa di Luisa è un b&b in un palazzo d'epoca nel centro di Verona a pochi passi si trova il ponte pietra dal quale si raggiunge il centro storico. Accanto alla struttura si trovano le storiche rovine e la scalinata per colle s. Pietro da dove si può ammirare la vista della citta.

Ottima disponibilità del gestore, posizione invidiabile di fronte al ponte di Pietra e di fianco al Teatro Romano. Secondo piano di un palazzo storico con giardino interno per la colazione. Non adatto a persone con problemi motori: le scale sono impegnative non c'e ascensore.

Struttura ottima, posizione centrale, raggiungibile a piedi, pulita, confortabile. unico suggerimento che posso dare per la colazione, di posizionare due tavoli sulla terrazza e di non fare i "turni" perché per quando si è in vacanza ci si vuole prendere il tempo di fare colazione con calma e non dover "correre" per lasciare il posto agli occupanti dell'altra camera che devono fare colazione, quindi due tavoli sono sicuramente meglio.

La Signora Luisa è molto carina e prepara ottime torte per la colazione. Appartamento molto grazioso con splendido giardino/terrazza. Camera confortevole e tranquilla. Ottima posizione, a pochi metri dal Teatro Romano e al Ponte di Pietra. Se si limita la visita alla città di Verona, l'auto non serve.

La signora gentile e disponibile accoglie l’ospite nel B&B ricavato con ingresso indipendente all’interno della sua casa e la posizione è eccellente, affianco al teatro romano e di fronte al Ponte di Pietra che permette di accedere al centro storico.

La casa di Luisa è un vero B&B, gestito dalla proprietaria, la signoria Luisa cordiale e discreta. Posizione, pulizia e colazione ottime. Unica pecca per noi la mancanza di ascensore. Con due passeggini e due bimbi piccolini è stato un po’ scomodo ma la gentilezza della signora Luisa ha fatto venir meno questo disagio.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni al B&B di Luisa e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è vicinissima al centro, il parcheggio è comodo. I locali sono puliti e Luisa è una padrona di casa eccellente, gentile e discreta. Buonissima e abbondante la colazione, anche con torte fatte in casa. Se passeremo ancora per Verona, torneremo sicuramente.

Sono stata benissimo a casa della signora Luisa, una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Ambiente tranquillo e accogliente, come a casa propria. La camera e il bagno, anche se piccolino, sono più che soddisfacenti per un soggiorno di relax. La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. A piedi si raggiunge comodamente in centro in pochi minuti. Colazione semplice ma abbondante. Un posto dove tornare sicuramente. Grazie Luisa.

Siamo stati ospiti della signora Luisa in occasione di un concerto al Teatro Romano. La casa é molto accogliente, con una stanza ed un bagno in uso esclusivo (il bagnetto molto piccolo ma dotato di ogni comfort). Si tratta di una casa storica, con un delizioso giardinetto interno dove viene servita la colazione la mattina e dove si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. La posizione della casa é eccellente, a due passi dal teatro romano (quindi perfetta per chi come noi si reca in città per un evento in particolare) e dal ponte di pietra, attraversando il quale si é subito immersi nella zona pedonale della città e si raggiungono facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni veronesi. La signora Luisa é molto gentile ed accogliente, si percepisce l'amore che porta verso la sua casa e si é rivelata un'ospite cortese e riservata, ma pronta a fare quattro chiacchiere la mattina, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno più caloroso e famigliare. Ha anche una convenzione con un parcheggio molto vicino al B&B, molto comodo per evitare il problema della sosta dell'auto. Consigliatissimo.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno. La signora Luisa è gentilissima e disponibile. L'ambiente molto piacevole e curato nei dettagli ma al secondo piano con due rampe di scale impegnative e raggiunto dai rumori della strada. La colazione perfetta, addirittura la torta fatta in casa. Complessivamente il giudizio è positivo. Ci ritornerei.

La struttura si trova affianco al teatro Romano e ponte Pietra da dove si raggiunge in pochissimo tempo il centro della città, ottima quindi la posizione. Camera panoramica, luminosa, ampia, completa di tutti i comfort, nonostante molto caldo era fresca, ma soprattutto pulita. La Colazione dolce e salata abbondante e con prodotti di qualità viene servita all'aperto in un piccolo giardino. Un grazie ancora alla Sig. Luisa cordiale, disponibile, molto attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti.

La casa di Luisa è una struttura vicinissima a ponte pietra, al teatro romano ed a Castel San Pietro, quindi centralissimo! La camera gode di una splendida vista, la signora Luisa è una persona gentilissima e davvero disponibile, oltre ad essere una cuoca meravigliosa, come dimostrano i buonissimi dolci che offre a colazione. Il mio soggiorno a Verona è stato molto piacevole anche grazie a lei. È una struttura che consiglio vivamente: so per certo dove alloggerei la prossima volta nella città di Romeo e Giulietta! Teresa.

Panorama spettacolare che si gode dal giardino pensile di questa incredibile casa al centro di Verona, in riva all'Adige e a due passi al teatro romano, con spettacoli estivi imperdibili, per gli amaniti della prosa e del balletto. Inoltre attraversato il ponte pietra, si è subito nella zona storica. Originale e accogliente l'appartamento, cordiale e disponibile Luisa, con una prelibata colazione servita nel giardino curatissimo. Per me sarà un indirizzo fisso quando mi recherò a Verona. Sono stata a Verona per lavoro 6 notti e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dal B&B e dalla gentilezza della proprietaria Luisa. Ogni mattina mi accoglieva con un'abbondante colazione nel suo meraviglioso giardino. La stanza, pulita e ordinata, è dotata di bagno privato. È presente il Wi Fi e la TV in camera. La posizione è strategica e molto comoda, vicina alla città antica e attaccata al Teatro Romano. È stato un ottimo soggiorno, ci tornerò sicuramente. Consigliata!

In un appartamento situato al secondo piano di un elegante edificio che si affaccia sulla piazzetta accanto al Teatro Romano, a un passo dall'Adige e pochi minuti dal centro, Luisa offre ai suoi ospiti una stanza comoda e graziosa, che all'interno della casa costituisce, con il bagno privato, quasi un'unità indipendente. Quando il tempo lo consente, l'ottima colazione viene servita nel delizioso giardino pensile, addossato alle mura del Castello. La posizione defilata, un prezzo contenuto, l'estrema pulizia, la cura e la cortese disponibilità della padrona di casa rendono questo B&B particolarmente quieto, accogliente e confortevole. Da oggi abbiamo un indirizzo sicuro per i nostri soggiorni a Verona.
