The place is convenient for getting around on foot, with a lovely little garden and a comfortable apartment. Watch out for the two flights of stairs. Sweet breakfast, with an additional homemade cake. Mrs. Luisa is very kind and welcoming.

Staying at Luisa's was a real pleasure. She is very attentive to every detail and gives good advice. The apartment is perfectly located for sightseeing, for coming back to rest before leaving again, with the added bonus of a view of the Adige and the Ponte Pietra. Breakfast in the green patio is very enjoyable. We highly recommend it and will certainly return.

We had such an authentic and warm stay at Louisa! Very unique to find such a loving B&B where you are cared for so well. Everything was wonderful, from the cosy room to the garden breakfast to the kindness and flexibility of the host. Would recommend without a doubt and if I ever return to Verona I hope to stay here again.

Great location very close to the Roman Theater and the Ponte Pietra, 1 km from the Arena. Mrs. Luisa is very kind and helpful. The B&B has a garden that we did not use due to the season, but it is also very pleasant.

The property is located not far from the city center, which is within walking distance, for the station you need to take a bus. It is in a well-preserved old building, in a quiet area, in front of the Lungadige. The lady who manages 'La Casa di Luisa' is very kind, very clean, and prepares a simple but genuine and more than sufficient breakfast. The bathroom is clean but small and lacks a bidet. The value for money is quite good.

Delightful structure, thanks also to the small inner garden not common near the center of Verona, just like the owner Mrs. Luisa. If one really wants to find a small flaw, the bathroom size does little or nothing to the B&B quality. On other occasions, it will definitely be our choice.

La Casa di Luisa is located just outside the center, about a 20-minute walk from the central station and a few minutes from the city center. Quiet place. The house is impeccable, spacious and bright room, with a shared bathroom with other guests, however we were the only guests so everything was for us. Continental breakfast, on a small table in the garden, with an excellent homemade apple pie. Mrs. Luisa is an excellent host, kind and welcoming. Recommended.

B&B very nice, with a beautiful outdoor space for breakfast among flowers and plants, a little corner of paradise! Mrs. Luisa is a really sweet and nice person, makes guests feel comfortable. The only flaw, the bathroom is not very large and makes movements difficult, a pity. Anyway, I would go back and recommend everyone to stay.

Staying with our wonderful host Luisa at this charming property was a fantastic and priceless experience by itself. Luisa provided a very convenient indoor private parking space close by for just 10 Euros. The bedroom was huge and the sheets were immaculate. The king size bed was firm and comfortable. We had our own bathroom and a balcony that has a view of the river and historic town. The garden where Luisa provided the outstanding breakfast was gorgeous and tranquil. The property is just below the Castle and you can see it from the garden. You can walk to the castle in less than 10 minutes. Walking to the historic town center was just across the river on a pedestrian bridge. It is very conveniently located. Even though Luisa didn't speak English, we communicated fine with Google translate. She obviously enjoys what she does and we appreciate every little thing that she did for us on this trip. I highly recommend this property and would return again.

If I really have to find a flaw, the bathroom is small. However, the apartment is in a very convenient position to visit the historic center of Verona and Mrs. Luisa is very kind, available for a check-in time different from usual and a dispenser of excellent advice to visit the city. And then the homemade cake for breakfast served on the lovely and flowered internal terrace was the cherry on top. Thank you Luisa.

La Casa di Luisa is welcoming like its owner. Close to the center and quiet with a delightful rooftop garden! The only downside is the very small bathroom and the two-story stairs that are quite uncomfortable with large suitcases. We only had backpacks, so it was fine.

Luisa is a wonderful person and she has one of the nicest apartments we have ever been to! We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time! The view from the guest room is fantastic and the B&B is perfectly located near most sights on a beautiful hill. Luisa was an excellent and courteous host. The parking in the underground garage 200 meters away is particularly noteworthy. Great view of the old town of Verona. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the old town. \nJust great - we will definitely come back.

La Casa di Luisa is a bed and breakfast in a historic building in the center of Verona. A short walk away is the Ponte Pietra, from which you can reach the historic center. Next to the structure are the historic ruins and the staircase to San Pietro Hill, from where you can admire the city view.

Deborah Devlin wrote a review about La Casa di Luisa. Luisa is a wonderful host. She greeted us on arrival and took us to the garage to park our car (there were no spots in front of her place to pull in and unload our luggage so she thoughtfully put it in her car and brought it and us back to the house). The room was as we expected, a good size and sparkling clean as was the large bathroom. The breakfast each day was delicious and served in her lovely garden. The location is ideal. We walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful city. Just to note, it was hot while we were there so we needed to keep the window open at night. The Roman theater is next to the property and they were having performances that finished quite late (after midnight), so it was rather noisy. That said, I don’t know how often the theater gives performances. We would highly recommend this BnB and can’t say enough about how warm and charming Luisa is.

Luisa is a kind and charming hostess. Her accommodation is clean, comfortable with a great breakfast. There is even a hoist to carry the baggage up to her floor. Her beautiful garden is sunny with shade too and is a peaceful place. Everyday Luisa served a generous breakfast with delicious coffee. The location is excellent, close to everything, a historical spot and yet quiet. It was our pleasure to have met Luisa and we enjoyed a great visit to Verona.

Excellent availability of the manager, enviable location in front of the Stone Bridge and next to the Roman Theater. Second floor of a historic building with an internal garden for breakfast. Not suitable for people with motor problems: the stairs are challenging, there is no elevator.

Excellent structure, central location, within walking distance, clean, comfortable. The only suggestion I can give for breakfast is to place two tables on the terrace and not do "shifts". When on vacation, one wants to take the time to have breakfast calmly and not have to "rush" to make room for the occupants of the other room who have to have breakfast, so two tables are definitely better.

Mrs. Luisa is very nice and prepares excellent cakes for breakfast. Very nice apartment with a splendid garden/terrace. Comfortable and quiet room. Great location, a few meters from the Roman Theatre and the Stone Bridge. If you limit the visit to the city of Verona, the car is not needed.

The kind and helpful lady welcomes the guest to the B&B with a separate entrance inside her house and the location is excellent, next to the Roman theater and in front of the Stone Bridge that allows access to the historic center.

La Casa di Luisa is within walking distance to all the major attractions, yet it is on the other side of the river, and therefore is quiet and sees fewer tourists milling around. The room is very nice and has the view of the river. Breakfast is served in the beautiful garden, it is very large with meat and a lot of fruits. Luisa is extremely helpful with everything one needs. I highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Verona. I would also say that it is best to know a little bit of Italian, it would greatly improve the experience when visiting the country.

La Casa di Luisa is a true Bed and Breakfast, managed by the owner, the lady Luisa, friendly and discreet. Location, cleanliness, and breakfast excellent. The only downside for us was the lack of an elevator. With two strollers and two small children, it was a bit inconvenient, but the kindness of Mrs. Luisa made this inconvenience less significant.

We stayed for 3 days at La Casa di Luisa and had a great time. The house is very close to the center, the parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and Luisa is an excellent host, kind and discreet. The breakfast is very good and abundant, also with homemade cakes. If we pass through Verona again, we will definitely come back.

Very charming accommodation and Luisa is a lovely, kind and friendly host. Location is absolutely perfect, right at the bottom of the Teatro Romano and Puerto Bridge, within walking distance to the historic center. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back. Can only recommend.

I had a great time at Mrs. Luisa's house, a very kind and helpful person. Quiet and cozy environment, just like at home. The room and the bathroom, even if small, are more than satisfactory for a relaxing stay. The structure is easily accessible by public transport. We were guests of Mrs. Luisa on the occasion of a concert at the Roman Theater. La Casa di Luisa is very welcoming, with a room and a bathroom for exclusive use (the bathroom is very small but equipped with every comfort). It is a historic house, with a delightful inner garden where breakfast is served in the morning and where you can enjoy priceless tranquility. The location of the house is excellent, just steps away from the Roman Theater (perfect for those like us who come to the city for a specific event) and from the Stone Bridge, crossing which you are immediately immersed in the pedestrian area of the city and easily reach all the main Veronese attractions. Mrs. Luisa is very kind and welcoming, you can perceive the love she has for her home and she has proved to be a courteous and reserved host, but ready to chat in the morning, which made the stay warmer and more familiar. She also has an agreement with a parking lot very close to the B&B, very convenient to avoid the problem of car parking. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay. Mrs. Luisa is very kind and helpful. The environment is very pleasant and detailed but it is on the second floor with two challenging flights of stairs and you can hear the noises from the street. Breakfast is perfect, even the homemade cake. Overall, the judgment is positive. I would come back.

The structure is located next to the Roman Theatre and Ponte Pietra, from where you can quickly reach the city center, so the location is excellent. The room is panoramic, bright, spacious, and equipped with all comforts. Despite the intense heat, it was cool and above all clean. The breakfast, both sweet and savory, is abundant and offers quality products, served outdoors in a small garden. Magnificent location, close to the Ponte di Pietra and the city center. Luisa is a very nice and welcoming person. We enjoyed very much our stay in Verona with her. Large and comfortable room with a small private bathroom attached. Parking lot at 300 m.

La Casa di Luisa is a structure very close to Ponte Pietra, the Roman Theatre, and Castel San Pietro, so very central! The room enjoys a splendid view, Mrs. Luisa is a very kind and truly helpful person, as well as a wonderful cook, as shown by the delicious desserts she offers for breakfast. Spectacular panorama that can be enjoyed from the hanging garden of this incredible house in the center of Verona, on the banks of the Adige and a stone's throw from the Roman theater, with unmissable summer shows, for lovers of prose and ballet. Furthermore, crossing the Ponte Pietra, you are immediately in the historic area. The apartment is original and welcoming, Luisa is friendly and helpful, with a delicious breakfast served in the well-kept garden. For me, it will be a fixed address when I go to Verona. I stayed in Verona for work for 6 nights and I was pleasantly impressed by the B&B and the kindness of the owner Luisa. Every morning she welcomed me with a rich breakfast in her wonderful garden. The room, clean and tidy, has a private bathroom. Wi-Fi and TV in the room. The location is strategic and very convenient, close to the old city and attached to the Roman Theater. It was a great stay, I will definitely come back. Recommended!

In an apartment located on the second floor of an elegant building overlooking the square next to the Roman Theatre, a stone's throw from the Adige River and a few minutes from the center, Luisa offers her guests a comfortable and lovely room, which, along with the private bathroom, constitutes almost an independent unit within the house. When the weather permits, the excellent breakfast is served in the delightful rooftop garden, adjacent to the walls of the Castle. The secluded position, reasonable price, extreme cleanliness, care, and courteous availability of the landlady make this B&B particularly quiet, welcoming, and comfortable. From today we have a safe address for our stays in Verona.
