Description
Soave, renovation of a 19th-century ancient dovecote, with enchanting views of the castle and medieval walls, located 200 meters from the town center, in a quiet and green neighborhood. From Soave, you can quickly reach the cities of Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Venice, Mantua, and Lake Garda. It is also ideal for work and to reach the Verona and Vicenza fairs.
The managers organize on request:
* Winery tour with visits to vineyards, wine and cheese tastings, and typical local cured meats;
* Short cooking course: in a charming location, using typical products from our region, we will demonstrate the preparation of two first courses accompanied by good wine and local oil; followed by a tasting of typical cured meats and cheeses and a homemade dessert.
The spacious and comfortable house consists of 3 independent accommodations that can be used together.
- Maffei accommodation on the ground floor consists of a large kitchen complete with dishwasher and oven, a windowed bathroom with shower, bidet, and sink, and a bedroom with a double bed.
- "Arena" accommodation on the first floor consists of a double bedroom with an additional single bed, a windowed bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, and sink, and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and an external balcony with an enchanting view of the castle.
- "Giulietta e Romeo" accommodation on the second floor, arranged on 2 levels, consists of: a living room of about 12 square meters with an induction kitchenette (special pots provided), 1 large windowed bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, sink, 1 double bedroom (2 single beds) of about 14 square meters with a new queen-size sofa bed, and a second double bedroom of about 14 square meters, in the attic, reached by a staircase starting from the living room/kitchen.
Recommended for groups of 8/12 people, including 6/8 adults and the remaining teenagers or children. We can provide cribs, high chairs, and equipment for children, hairdryer, iron.
The welcome will always be guaranteed by a family member.
The managers will be able to suggest interesting wine and food itineraries and cultural routes.
In addition to private internal parking, our guests can enjoy outdoor spaces for moments of relaxation with a garden with a table and stone benches.

Both of us are busy, but we dedicate our free time to this family establishment to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay in our home.

The area where the property is located is peaceful and close to the city park. In front of the property flows the Tramigna river, which bathes the city of Soave, and you can admire the perfectly preserved medieval walls. The area is immersed in the landscape of green hills cultivated with vineyards.
The Soave highway exit is 5 minutes away, the San Bonifacio train station is 10 minutes away, and the bus stop for Verona and San Bonifacio is a 5-minute walk away. From Soave, you can reach both Verona and Vicenza by car or train in 20 minutes. Lake Garda, the cities of Mantua and Padua can be reached in 40 minutes, Venice in one hour, and Milan (Expo 2015) in an hour and a half. The Verona and Vicenza fairs can be reached in a very short time. It is possible to visit the castle, the small churches, the wineries, and vineyards in the area on foot, famous for the production of excellent wines.

We stayed for a weekend at this B&B. Very clean and super equipped. Everything is brand new and the beds are really comfortable. The wifi works perfectly and there is also the convenience of an internal garden parking. Nadia was a perfect host, full of advice and caring. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed in the Maffei apartment located on the ground floor. We had a great time: courtesy and kindness of the owner Nadia, functional apartment, great location to visit Verona and surroundings, excellent value for money. If we were to come back to this area, we would choose this property again!
