Description

The Villa of Cazzano is a historic residence dating back to the 1700s.

A careful restoration has brought a portion of the Villa back to its ancient splendor for an unforgettable stay amidst the vineyards of Soave and Valpolicella, 6 kilometers from the walled village of Soave (Orange Flag of the Italian Touring Club), approximately 30 minutes from Verona and Vicenza, and an hour from romantic Venice.

The rooms, furnished with a thoughtful mix of antique and modern elements, all have private bathrooms and free wifi connection.

There is a dedicated breakfast room and another for reception/reading. The Villa is spread over three floors, also connected by an elevator.

I pay special attention to breakfast so that you can start the day in a healthy way. In the morning, a selection of local or organic products will be available. If you have any intolerances, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Uncovered parking spaces at the back of the Villa are free and unguarded.

The Villa is located in the highest part of the historic center of Cazzano di Tramigna, approximately 700 meters from the main square equipped with all services (bank, post office, mini-market, restaurant, bar, pizzeria). It is a small village surrounded by hills cultivated with cherries, vines, and olive trees.

There are numerous mountain bike trails, light trekking paths, and panoramic walks.

We want to share with you an innovative “Active Breakfast”. A pleasant experience, guided directly by us, the owners of the Villa, in which you, like a guest, are the protagonist together with the environment that surrounds us. At 8. 30 we will start with a pleasant activity, suitable for everyone, inside or outside the Villa, followed by an organic and homemade light breakfast, to welcome the day in harmony and beauty.

Otherwise, you can choose from 2 types of breakfast served in the breakfast room or in the garden, with all BIO and in many cases homemade products, to be chosen in advance for organizational reasons:
- Light breakfast: 5 euros per person consisting of a slice of cake, cookies, with fruit juice and a selection of tea / herbal teas / espresso coffee;
- Full breakfast: 12 euros per person (7 euros for children from 2 to 6 years) consisting of a slice of cake, cookies, bread, butter, fruit jam, fresh fruits, yogurt, flakes, with fruit juice and a selection of tea / herbal teas / espresso coffee.

Our breakfast is VeganOK certified.

The place is enchanting: a beautiful historic house that comes to life thanks to the hospitality of Marco and Marta, who manage to combine the Bed and Breakfast activity with their passions. Nice structure in an old building completely renovated. There is no reception and this can cause some issues despite the numerous instruction messages that the management sends. Breakfast could definitely be improved.

Very nice and clean place, we felt welcomed. We only stayed one night for a short family trip out of town, but we had a good time. The owners were very kind and helpful and the house and rooms are beautiful and well-maintained.

We stayed at this Villa di Cazzano for the first time in August 2017, a few days after the opening and since we had a great time, we decided to come back. The entire structure is very beautiful, tastefully renovated and furnished without neglecting the smallest detail. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is abundant and you can find organic products from the area as well as homemade cakes and bread. Furthermore, it is located in a convenient position to visit the nearby art cities. Finally, the manager and his collaborator are very kind and professional. We will definitely come back!

New structure, result of the wise restoration of an ancient villa, pleasant mix of rustic and modern. The rooms are elegant, clean and welcoming, the room very comfortable. The owners, Marco and his wife, are helpful and down to earth, perfect hosts. At breakfast we found a rich buffet of local products: homemade bread and sweets (they use a different flour every day for the bread), organic jams, fruit, yogurt, milk and much more. Highly recommended.

Good morning, congratulations for everything. Excellent welcome, excellent quality for breakfast, excellent cleaning. The structure and the design researched in the small details are very elegant and refined, a mix of ancient and modern that reflects the ideas and tastes of everyone who will have the opportunity to stay there.
