The Room Bed & Breakfast in Venice is located in the heart of Venice, just 50 meters from the Grand Canal and a few minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, and La Fenice Theatre.

The B&B Room in Venice is situated on the third floor of a typical Venetian building and features three spacious, comfortable, and bright rooms with large windows and marble floors.

Just a pleasant walk away from the B&B, you can reach the typical fruit and fish market of Rialto, as well as the Accademia Galleries, the Guggenheim Museum, and the Church of Health.

In the immediate vicinity, there are typical artisan shops, osterias/trattorias, the new Multisala Rossini cinema with an adjacent supermarket, post offices, banks, and ATM machines.

Upon your arrival, we will be pleased to give you some advice on the city, as well as useful information about places to visit and osterias and restaurants, hoping to contribute to making your stay more enjoyable.

We booked a double room, but we were moved to the apartment because all rooms were full. The apartment was very well arranged, and we really felt at home. The location is perfect, a few hundred meters from San Stae stop and 20 minutes from Rialto bridge. Nicola was very welcoming and provided many useful information about the city. We really appreciated our stay and we definitely recommend it.

This was an incredible stay. Andrea met us near our bus, and led us to the apartment. It was a perfect location - away from the crowds in a beautiful part of the city. The apartment was spacious, clean, and stocked with great amenities including kitchen, dishes, iron, etc. I would strongly recommend this apartment!

El alojamiento disponía de una habitación doble muy espaciosa con dos camas, un salón para el desayuno y un hall. El salon tenía las paredes con papel muy defectuoso. Ya sé que Venecia tiene humedades, pero no es excusa para cambiarlo; sobre todo por el precio que cobran. Muebles muy antiguos y baño pequeñisimo. Por lo demás muy bien: bien situado a escasos metros del muelle de los vaporettos con parada del que viene del Aeropuerto), limpio y espacioso. El acceso al hotel es por un acceso muy estrecho: puede que a alguien le asuste, pero tiene su encanto. Es Venecia ¡.

B&B che merita! posizione eccezionale vicino alla stazione (10 minuti scarsi a piedi) e vicino alle attrazioni più caratteristiche di venezia (San Marco 15 minuti scarsi a piedi). Ho soggiornato una notte con il mio ragazzo e sono stata benissimo. Il gestore è stato cordiale, rispettoso, amichevole e ci ha pure dato una camera Suite con vista sul canale (fantastica) allo stesso prezzo di una senza vista, perché era libera per quella notte. Consiglio di andarci. Per la colazione in camera abbiamo ricevuto cappuccino, succo d arancia, nutella, marmellata, burro, pane e brioches! Tutto buono tranne per le brioches che sono quelle confenzionate, ma non lamentiamoci troppo dai!

Room in Venice is an excellent place to stay. Getting there is easy. It is also situated very conveniently to both the water transport and places of interest. The owner/manager is a wonderful, helpful and warm person whose suggestions made our visit an enjoyable experience. This B&B itself is homely, comfortable, safe and secure.
