The B&B Room in Venice is situated on the third floor of a typical Venetian building and features three spacious, comfortable, and bright rooms with large windows and marble floors.
Just a pleasant walk away from the B&B, you can reach the typical fruit and fish market of Rialto, as well as the Accademia Galleries, the Guggenheim Museum, and the Church of Health.
In the immediate vicinity, there are typical artisan shops, osterias/trattorias, the new Multisala Rossini cinema with an adjacent supermarket, post offices, banks, and ATM machines.

We booked a double room, but we were moved to the apartment because all rooms were full. The apartment was very well arranged, and we really felt at home. The location is perfect, a few hundred meters from San Stae stop and 20 minutes from Rialto bridge. Nicola was very welcoming and provided many useful information about the city. We really appreciated our stay and we definitely recommend it.

This was an incredible stay. Andrea met us near our bus and led us to the apartment. It was in a perfect location - away from the crowds in a beautiful part of the city. The apartment was spacious, clean, and stocked with great amenities including kitchen, dishes, iron, etc. I would strongly recommend this apartment.

The accommodation had a very spacious double room with two beds, a breakfast room, and a hall. The room had walls with very defective wallpaper. I know Venice has dampness, but it's not an excuse not to change it; especially considering the price they charge. Very antique furniture and a very small bathroom. Otherwise, very good: well located a few meters from the vaporetto pier with a stop for those coming from the Airport), clean and spacious. The hotel entrance is through a very narrow passage: it might scare someone, but it has its charm. It's Venice.

B&B worth it! Exceptional location near the station (10 minutes walking distance) and close to the most characteristic attractions of Venice (San Marco 15 minutes walking distance). I stayed one night with my boyfriend and had a great time. The manager was friendly, respectful, friendly and even gave us a Suite room with a canal view (fantastic) at the same price as one without a view, because it was available for that night. I recommend going there. For breakfast in the room we received cappuccino, orange juice, nutella, jam, butter, bread, and pastries! All good except for the pastries which are the packaged ones, but let's not complain too much.

The B&B Room in Venice is an excellent place to stay. Getting there is easy. It is also situated very conveniently to both the water transport and places of interest. The owner/manager is a wonderful, helpful and warm person whose suggestions made our visit an enjoyable experience. This B&B itself is homely, comfortable, safe and secure.
