"A Casa di Marta - B&B" is only 10 minutes feet from the Pier Punta Sabbioni, where local public transportation will take you either to Venice or to the famous Islands of Burano, Torcello and Murano (glassmaking industry). It takes about 25 minutes long, (the right time to admire the beautiful surroundings, the lagoon). In Venice you’ll get off right at San Marco Square.

If you prefer to relax you can spend the day at the nearby beach, Punta Sabbioni, that you can easily reach by feet or by bike.

The journeyt lasts about 25 minutes, (the right time to admire the beautiful surroundings, the lagoon) In Venice you’ll get off right at Saint Mark’s Square.

Very friendly and helpful hostess. We lacked nothing. Only for the location a little deduction. But only because we like to walk to dinner. This would have been possible, but only to one restaurant, the others were further away. But we will definitely come back.

A beautiful, very lovingly run bed and breakfast near the pier to Venice. We were able to use bicycles for our trips for free, leaving the car parked. Crossings to Venice or the other islands are therefore very easy by boat all day long. We felt very comfortable! The accommodation is recommendable.

We stayed at this beautiful B&B from 29.07 to 12.08.2019. It is very clean and located in a very quiet area. The hosts, Marta and Alberto, were very friendly. The rooms were well equipped - good mattresses, air conditioning, refrigerator, and window screens - simply perfect. Additionally, there was a TV with numerous programs (German, etc.). The breakfast - with two types of bread (toast), cheese, cold cuts, jam, honey, Nutella, fruits, etc. Coffee, tea, water, fruit juices, and various types of milk, two types of cereals. Moreover, cakes, cookies, and cappuccino were offered - you can't ask for more. Marta had great tips for restaurants and excursions. Bicycles are available. It is an ideal starting point for Venice. The pier to Venice is about 900m from the B&B. We really liked it.

Very nice and accommodating operators, the reservation and contact worked perfectly. We were warmly welcomed and felt very well taken care of. The operator even spoke good German and informed us about the local conditions, we could have also borrowed bicycles. The breakfast was very rich. The room was simple, but clean and functional, there was a refrigerator, a kettle, tea bags, and drinking water in a glass bottle. The ideal location made it easy for us to reach Venice. We will definitely come back!

Great location, Marta is very kind and helpful. With the bicycles available, it is easy to reach the seafront. Free beach, well maintained and peaceful. Highly recommended. We will come back.
