Ten minutes from St. Mark's Square, located on the beautiful Giudecca Canal between the historic Mulino Stucky and the splendid Punta della Salute, we find Casa Genoveffa. A corner of poetry immersed in the real Venice, far from the noise of tourism to fully experience the city and its inhabitants.
The SAN MARCO SUITE, for 2 - 4 people, is located on the ground floor (NOT IN THE HIGH WATER RISK AREA). It consists of a double bedroom (or with two single canopy beds), a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave oven, a double sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. The Suite has an independent entrance and is completely renovated in the Venetian style, with lace, lampshades, and damask. It is located inside a typical 18th-century house. Equipped with a telephone, microwave oven, refrigerator, television, safe, satellite television, bed linen, towels, dishes, and air conditioning.
The CANAL GRANDE SUITE, for 4-6 people + attic room, is located on the first floor of a typical 18th-century Venetian house, just renovated in the historical style of the city, complete with lace, lamps, and damask. It consists of a double bedroom with a canopy bed, a kitchen with a double sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. It has an independent entrance and a terrace. Equipped with a telephone, microwave oven, refrigerator, television, safe, satellite television, bed linen, towels, dishes, and air conditioning.

We had a good time. The only downside is the space, but everything is functional! The apartment is complete with everything and I will definitely come back.

Alloggio molto carino e soprattutto comodo per raggiungere il centro di Venezia (tre fermate con il vaporetto). Gestore molto disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole trascorrere alcuni giorni a Venezia senza spendere eccessivamente.

Ottimo B&B, in zona molto tranquilla e vicina alla fermata del vaporetto e ristoranti. Appartamento comodo, molto pulito e curato. La signora Ema è stata molto gentile e disponibile!

In occasione della Mostra del cinema ho alloggiato in questo B&B per 6 giorni. Eravamo in 2 ma i posti letto erano 4. Molta gentilezza da parte di Ema, molto pronta a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. La casa è molto carina, spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Pulizia ottima e quotidiana. Abbondante colazione. Noi non abbiamo usufruito della possibilità di utilizzare la cucina per pranzare o cenare ma mi sembrava ben attrezzata anche per questa opportunità. Fermata del vaporetto vicinissima. Tornerei volentieri.
