An excellent service was offered, the lady is very kind and always available, impeccable cleanliness. The only small flaw is the bathroom outside the room which is therefore a bit less convenient but, nevertheless, we were already informed about this. Truly an excellent stay, highly recommend. Many thanks to Mrs. Annamaria.

Perfect! Very friendly welcome, the room is spacious, the bed very comfortable, the location is impeccable, a 10-minute walk from the center of Padua. The train station is 20 minutes away by bus. We highly recommend.

Everything went very well, the host is lovely, very attentive and caring. The room was very welcoming. The bedding was excellent and everything was very clean. The only downside was having to pay an extra 20 euros for the night because they only rent for a minimum of two nights. The breakfast was good but we regretted the lack of fresh local products (eggs, cold cuts, fresh bread and pastries...).

I had a great stay - Annamaria really made me feel at home. She was very flexible with check-in, check-out and breakfast times. Her company is very pleasant and she is a lovely and accommodating woman. I can recommend a stay and may return myself.

Everything perfect, especially the kindness of Mrs. Annamaria. I didn't give a 10 to the structure just because there is no elevator. But it's a minor detail, considering that the stairs are very easy. Otherwise, it feels like being at home. I hope to come back soon.

I stayed two nights with a friend in this property located two minutes walk from the Duomo of Padua: cozy room, clean external bathroom, owner available both before arrival and during the stay. Only flaw is the breakfast not very rich, but it is an easily solvable drawback. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!

We stayed for two nights with three people. The B&B is centrally located, in an optimal position to visit the city, even on foot as we did. The room is nice, clean, comfortably accommodating three people (super mattresses and pillows, made us rest very well). We appreciated the friendliness, discretion, and kindness of the landlady, Mrs. Annamaria, who was very helpful in meeting our needs. Otherwise, I found everything as described and as shown in the photos. I will definitely return gladly if I have the opportunity, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place in the heart of Padova! Rosamaria.

I had a great time: friendliness, cleanliness, sympathy, and availability were very much appreciated by me. I don't have much to criticize but if we wanted to find a flaw, I can only highlight the fact that the bathroom, although for exclusive use, is neither in the room nor near the room. To access it, you have to pass in front of the kitchen and in the dining room (shared environments). My compliments to the B&B property. Mario.

It is what a true Bed and Breakfast should have been at its birth: a room made available for tourists. The place is nice, the couple who live there are very courteous and helpful people. The room is beautiful, tidy, clean; the only small drawback is that the guest bathroom is located on the opposite side and to access it you have to cross the apartment, but the hosts are very reserved and do not cause discomfort. Easy to reach (on foot, parking in Padua is a nightmare), located behind the Cathedral and therefore close to the three main squares.

B&B in a very central location and in a large and very well-maintained apartment. One drawback is the distance from the bathroom.

La signora Annamaria ci ha accolti in maniera molto cordiale fornendo tutte le informazioni necessarie anche per la nostra gita a Venezia. Ottimo per muoversi a piedi, praticamente in centro storico. Peccato solo per i lavori in corso al piano di sopra. In ogni caso, B&B consigliato.
