Veneziacentopercento, apartments and rooms has different solutions for individuals, couples or small groups.

The independent apartments, can accommodate up to 8-10 people, and are equipped with one, two or three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

Alternatively, you can choose the single room solution with private or shared bathroom.

At the choice of customers, possibility of single or double beds, single, double or twin rooms triple use with additional bed.

A baby cot is available on request.

Each apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels; the kitchen has dishes, kettle and microwave and in the bathroom a hairdryer.

Free Wi-fi in the apartments and rooms. No hotel services are provided.

Our facilities are entirely non-smoking.

All apartments and rooms are located near the famous Via Garibaldi, near the Biennale or the Arsenale, 15 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco, and a few steps from the beautiful green park of Sant'Elena.

With the nearby vaporetti stops (Giardini or Arsenale) are in an ideal point to reach easily every point of the city or the islands of the lagoon as Murano, Burano or the Lido of Venice, where every year takes place the International Film Festival.

CHECK-IN:
Our staff will be available to welcome you at our office at Calle dei Preti 1980, Castello where they will indicate you the accommodation booked and any other information you may need.

All the accommodations are in the same area and can be easily reached by a short walk from our office.

Remember to contact us before your arrival so that we can organize your check-in, which is possible from 3: 30 pm until 7: 30 pm. (15. 30-19. 30)
If you arrive after 19. 30, the following options are available:
1) SELF CHECK-IN service: it is free of charge and permit you to arrive at the accommodation without time limit (will be required to prepay any extra payments such as taxes and final cleaning);
2) LATE CHECK-IN: our staff will provide you assistance until 11. 00pm, 23: 00, maximum (it is possible with a surcharge of € 50, 00, non-refundable and to be charged at the time of request).

CHECK-OUT:
The facilities must be vacated by 10: 30 am (luggage storage available).
