The B&B Villa dell'Antico Mulino is located in a magnificent stone mansion built in the 1920s. This charming bed and breakfast is situated in the valley between Assisi and Spoleto, in close proximity to the picturesque Fonti del Clitunno. The surrounding atmosphere is characterized by beautiful springs and streams, which provide a feeling of freshness and relaxation. In front of the B&B, you can admire a charming pond that powers an ancient water mill, built in 1661 and still in operation. For our guests, there is a lovely garden with a barbecue area and a pond for sport fishing.

The rooms, furnished with lovely antique family furniture, offer a panoramic view of the pond and the beautiful terrace. The property is equipped with a modern underfloor heating system to ensure maximum comfort during the winter, while in the summer you can enjoy pleasant natural freshness and air conditioning.

Directions to reach us by car from Rome: Take the highway towards Florence and exit at Orte, following the signs for Terni-Spoleto-Foligno. Continue until the Campello sul Clitunno exit and follow the signs for Beroide, S.P. 457. After about 3.5 km (from the roundabout), at the small intersection with the ancient church, follow the direction Borgo Trevi 6 (turn right) on Via Loc. Morella. After about 1 km (from the junction), along the fishing pond, you will find the first entrance on the left, the two-story stone house.
