Our B&B is located in a "strategic" position, very close to Spoleto and 15 minutes from Montefalco, the "terrace" of Umbria.

Only 20 minutes from Assisi and 30 minutes from Perugia.

Valnerina can be reached in 10 minutes; with a 20-minute drive, you can reach the Marmore Waterfall!
The B&B consists of 3 rooms, with a total of 11 beds.

All rooms have a private en-suite bathroom.

Children under 6 years old stay for free.

Private garage available.

Breakfast can be served in the room or in our bar on the floor below, where you can also enjoy our "typical" products made with the finest ingredients and crafted with expertise for over 40 years: various types of cured meats, ham, porchetta, and coppa.

Structure along the main road. Clean and spacious room. Huge terrace to enjoy the countryside. Sandro and his wife are very nice and hospitable. Thanks also for the wonderful restaurant they suggested and booked for us.

Simple structure, but with all the comforts. Air conditioning, possibility to wash and hang, very large terrace. Cleanliness, linen and towels perfect! Abundant breakfast, brioches, yogurt, biscuits, fruit juices and coffee served directly at the bar downstairs by the very kind Mrs. Zbrinka (I apologize infinitely if it is not written correctly). Availability and kindness of the managers truly much appreciated, we felt really welcomed with pleasure! Thank you. Also thanks for suggesting the restaurant for dinner, Trattoria al Palazzaccio da Piero, a few km from the B&B... typical cuisine 10 and praise! Great location for Spoleto, the Marmore waterfall, lovely Rasiglia, spectacular Spello village! Supermarket under the B&B, a whole family! Absolutely recommended.

Kindness, availability, and cleanliness at the highest levels. The structure offers everything you need, nothing is missing. We stayed at the B&B with 3 couples of friends for 2 nights. Great location, a few kilometers from Spoleto and close to the State Road. The owner and all the staff are always available and very kind. Great welcome with sweet candies at the entrance and in the room; freshly picked roses in the room and in the bathroom. Excellent and abundant breakfast. The rooms are very clean. We recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Umbria.

Small dream B&B! Renovated apartment, clean room, nice terrace. But the strong point is the kindness of the owners, Mr. Sandro and his wife, who will make you feel truly at home. Grand Hotel breakfast: pastries, coffee, cappuccino, yogurt, juice... and even a platter of cured meats prepared by them! A fantastic hand-cut prosciutto that I can still taste. Congratulations Mr. Sandro! Below they have a mini-market where you can find local products and cured meats made by them. We had excellent sandwiches made with porchetta prepared the day before... excellent lunch. Highly recommended place! If we pass by Spoleto again, we will definitely go there.

If you are looking for a place to feel at home, 'Piccola Parigi' is the right choice! It is a few kilometers from the center, but it's not a problem because the legendary Sandro, along with his staff, is always ready to provide solutions (rides or even make his car available to you). The structure is well equipped, from the bar service to the supermarket, to the best porchetta in Spoleto! In short, highly recommended.

We stayed 4 days in this bed and breakfast and we had a great time, very clean room, excellent hospitality. Sandro and Zrinka make you feel at home. Abundant breakfast. Good location to reach points of interest, I recommend trying Sandro's porchetta which is exceptional, you can find it in their Super Market inside the bed and breakfast. Quiet B&B 10 minutes by car from the center of Spoleto. Sandro and his wife are very kind. The room is very clean and welcoming. It also has air conditioning. The breakfast at the bar below the property is very good and abundant. Absolutely recommended!

Un soggiorno davvero incantevole in una terra meravigliosa che è l'Umbria. Ma la sorpresa più bella è stata l'accoglienza di questa famiglia che ci ha accolto e coccolati dal primo all'ultimo momento del nostro soggiorno. Sempre pronti e disponibili, colazione super abbondante e ottima; appartamento pulito e posizione strategica del B&B per raggiungere alcuni dei borghi più belli d'Italia. Che dire se non cose positive e la speranza di poterci tornare presto.

Proljetos smo supruga i ja bili pozvani u svatove u Spoletu. Stoga smo tražili lokalno smještaj te smo se odlučili na B&B Piccola Parigi. Lokacija je bila pogodak, smještaj skroz dobar, prostor izuzetno uredan, doručak izvrstan. Nakon vjenčanja smo iskoristili gostoljubivost domaćina te smo obišli Asizi koji je u blizini. Preporučujemo i B&B Piccola Parigi i Asizi.

Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns wie Zuhause. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Was für mich am wichtigsten war ist, dass das Appartment sehr sauber war. Vorallem das Badezimmer und die Küche war tadellos. Da habe ich schon ganz anderes gesehen. Falls ich wieder in die Nähe kommen sollte, wird diese Unterkunft ganz oben auf der Wunschliste stehen. Grazie.

Quasi tutti gli anni, in giugno, trascorriamo, io e mio marito, alcuni giorni in questa terra meravigliosa che è l'Umbria. Devo dire che abbiamo sempre alloggiato in B&B e sempre ci siamo trovati benissimo; quest'anno (che eravamo accompagnati da mia sorella) però, credo che abbiamo raggiunto il massimo della soddisfazione. In effetti i proprietari di questa struttura si sono dimostrate delle persone veramente speciali, cordiali, disponibili, gentili e veramente ospitali. La casa è bella, pulitissima, comodissima e situata in posizione molto strategica: in quattro giorni abbiamo potuto goderci le meraviglie di Bevagna, Montefalco, Spello, Spoleto, Fonti del Clitunno, Assisi; inoltre una sera siamo saliti, (su consiglio di Sandro) a Preci, straordinaria località nel parco dei Monti Sibillini, dove abbiamo gustato una cena fantastica. Siamo veramente grati a Sandro e a tutti i suoi famigliari di aver contribuito a farci trascorrere dei momenti così belli, e ci auguriamo di potere rivivere questa esperienza. È la quarta volta che abbiamo il piacere che nasce dalle sensazioni sane e vere, di soggiornare presso il B&B Piccola Parigi a San Giacomo di Spoleto. Mai abbiamo trovato tanta gentilezza, disponibilità da tutti i componenti la famiglia cui è affidata la conduzione La mamma è un modello di virtù, quelle persone che dopo dieci minuti di dialogo ti regalano la meravigliosa sensazione di conoscerle da sempre, al pari di una persona cara di famiglia Il figlio Sandro è efficiente, gioviale pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta La moglie e la sorella oltre che possedere entrambe un bellezza non comune, sono di una simpatia e di una gentilezza che ti fanno sentire amato e coccolato. Se a tutte queste qualità caratteriali uniamo prezzi convenienti, pulizia e comfort a livelli eccellenti, colazione ricca di prodotti genuini e abbondante, non può che uscirne un soggiorno perfetto che ti fa sentire a tuo agio e felice al punto da essere fissato nella memoria come uno dei ricordi più belli di vita vissuta.

Sono Orazio, intanto comincio a salutare calorosamente il titolare Sandro, persona più che affabile, più che disponibile e penso che come lui son rare le persone affette da malattia cronica chiamasi "altruismo". Dopo di lui la moglie, persona gioviale e "solare" anche lei affetta da sindromi di spontaneità e simpatia. A seguire la mamma di Sandro, persona gentilissima affetta da malattia del genere "affabilità". Speriamo che di queste malattie guariscano il più tardi possibile. A proposito, dimenticavo, se qualcuno si trova a leggere questa mia recensione e si trova a visitare Spoleto non perdi tempo a cercare alberghi, ristoranti e qualsiasi cosa che gli possa servire perché già lo trova in questo B&B, molto economico, molto più che pulitissimissimo, profumatissimissimo e tranquillissimississimo. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B solo per una notte, e sottolineo solo perché è un posto fantastico: a due passi da Spoleto in un posto tranquillo e in mezzo al verde. La struttura è composta da un B&B, bar e piccolo alimentari, gestiti da un simpaticissimo signore di nome Sandro. Ci ha fatto subito sentire a nostro agio e ci siamo fatti una splendida chiacchierata. La stanza (dotata di bagno) era pulitissima e confortevole, colazione abbondante e prodotti tipici di ogni specie e (fatti da loro) all'interno dell'alimentari. Non potevamo chiedere di più. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie ancora a Sandro e alla sua famiglia per il fantastico tempo che ci hanno dedicato.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura, la camera era più che pulita ed anche il bagno era profumato e nuovo, ma la cosa che rende unico questo B&B sono i proprietari Sandro e sua moglie, gente affabile e gentile, sempre pronti a consigliarti su dove mangiare, dove andare e tutt'altro. Consigliatissimo.

Si tratta di una piccola struttura accogliente ed estremamente pulita. Il tutto contrassegnato da una cortesia e disponibilità, non comune, con la quale i proprietari ti accolgono. Tanta è la familiarità con cui si viene accolti da parte del titolare Sandro, di sua moglie croata ed anche dalla madre di lui, da avere l'impressione di essere a casa propria. A questo si aggiungono i buoni salumi che vengono venduti nel piccolo supermercato dagli stessi gestito, posto al piano terra della struttura. Buonissimi. Ahhh! dimenticavo, tornato a casa mi sono accorto di aver dimenticato il carica cellulare nella camera del B&B. Ho telefonato al titolare il quale mi ha risposto dicendomi che quanto prima me lo avrebbe spedito all'indirizzo di casa. Scusate se è poco.

Appartamenti e camere confortevoli e dotati di ogni comodità. Una grande terrazza con vista completa piacevolmente il confort del soggiorno. Ma molto di più delle cose materiali, il vero valore aggiunto di questo posto sono Zrinka e suo marito, i proprietari, che con la loro disponibilità e gentilezza ci hanno davvero stupito. Grazie dell'ospitalità, belli e bravi.

Gestore gentilissimo, cordiale, simpatico e veloce a rispondere al mio annuncio (cosa che gli altri B&B& non si sono neanche degnati di rispondere) Camera accogliente e comoda. Facile ad arrivare alla struttura. Se dovessi ritornarci a Spoleto di sicuro alloggerò di nuovo in questa struttura.
