The Fulginium apartment is located in a geographically interesting area, in the center of the city, at Via dei Martiri n. 11, 350 meters from Caserma Gonzaga, 450 meters from the train station, 450 meters from the Duomo and the City Hall, all reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
It is equipped with private parking, with controlled access by automatic barrier.
It has four bedrooms, including a triple room with a double bed and a single bed in the en-suite bathroom (22 sqm with 32" LCD TV), a triple room (17 sqm with 32" LCD TV), and a single/double room (12 sqm with balcony and 26" LCD TV), a 30 sqm room with balcony (with the possibility of four beds on a double bed and two beds on a single bed with 42" plasma TV).
All rooms (finely furnished in a modern style), including the bathrooms, have windows with beautiful views as the apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator); it offers pleasant glimpses of the nearby hills and the city.
The apartment is equipped with essential services (heating, drinking water, electricity, and television in all rooms). In addition to the mentioned services, bed linen and towels are provided.

Camere nuove e pulite. La nostra stanza, con letto matrimoniale più uno singolo, aveva a disposizione il bagno privato, piccolo ma con l'essenziale (water, box doccia e lavandino, tutto nuovo). Il sig. Enrico, il gestore, molto gentile e disponibile nel fornirci quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Posizione dell'appartamento ottima per raggiungere il centro di Foligno e come punto di partenza per visitare le principali città dell'Umbria.

Il B&B è molto pulito, ben sistemato ed efficiente.
Il proprietario è una persona squisita e molto disponibile.
Ho pernottato in questa struttura moltissime volte, per svolgere vari concorsi presso la Caserma di Foligno, e sono rimasta sempre soddisfatta.
Le camere sono belle e nuove, lo consiglio a tutti i concorrenti e ai turisti!
