Ideally situated for everything you could possibly need! Train station, military barracks, historic center, university, sports hall, and tennis courts.

Fully equipped with all kinds of services such as banks, hairdressers, beauticians, gyms, clothing stores, home and personal accessories, traditional restaurants, specialized pizzerias, and cafes for breakfast, aperitifs, lunch, dinner, and after-dinner, all just a short walk away.

If you wish to explore the area further, a train ride will take you 30 minutes to Perugia, Spoleto, and just 18 km to Assisi, and 10 km to Spello, among many other destinations. You can’t imagine how delightful it is to ride a bike or walk around here.

The city of Foligno is designed for getting around by motorcycle or car, and if you can’t find street parking, I have arranged for a private parking facility. Everything you need is within reach!

My passion for hospitality began when I was a young boy, starting my first summer jobs at the beach in my home region of Molise. My aspiration to become a hotel manager led me to Umbria, where I pursued studies to achieve this goal.

Now, after a fulfilling career, my love for the field, combined with my education and experience, allows me to fully dedicate myself to my guests. While I have primarily focused on hosting military personnel, their families, and aspiring servicemen, my home is open to anyone who wishes to share this unique lodging experience that differs from a traditional hotel.

Here, we create a home-like atmosphere, and I am always available to assist guests with any needs, whether it’s finding restaurants, supermarkets, sporting activities, or local attractions. I also take care of practical matters, such as addressing any maintenance issues that may arise. Every experience is valuable, and I look forward to welcoming you, hoping that everything I’ve prepared for you will be to your liking.

In the apartment where I live, I offer a simple and family-friendly atmosphere. The rooms are decorated with simplicity and clarity, making them more accessible to guests and facilitating the cleaning and tidying process, which I personally oversee. Each room is equipped with the essentials, along with a kettle for hot water, a fan, cups, and a spoon, allowing guests the convenience of making tea, chamomile, herbal infusions, or coffee. A small snack complements the welcome drink upon arrival.

Depending on the chosen room type during the booking process and availability on the day of arrival, Franco the Private Host will personally welcome you and accompany you to your room. Getting to know the BAB San Feliciano was a pleasant surprise and the host Franco is truly a wonderful and exquisite person. Even though I saw him for a short time, I think he is one of those people who can do anything to make your stay perfect! The rooms are comfortable, spacious, bright, and especially warm in winter! Excellent location: close to the center, close to the station and the barracks (great for competitions). The room is very nice and we were even offered a generous breakfast that we did not think was included in the reservation. The hosts welcomed us with kindness and availability even when we had to stay one more night due to the cancellation of our train. Ten stars well deserved, we could not have asked for more.

I was welcomed by the owner, Mr. Franco Reale, in an impeccable way, a courteous, precise and attentive person from the day of booking until arrival. As soon as I entered the room, we found elegantly decorated trays on the table, rich in many good things to eat for breakfast: snacks, water, coffee, and then the rooms, with a private bathroom, equipped with all comforts, new sanitary facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The property is very close to the "Gonzaga" Barracks and the historic center of Foligno, a pedestrian area, just a few steps away. The nearby parking is also very convenient, with a reasonable cost, even though the payment is separate. The owner, Mr. Franco, is a courteous, very kind, and helpful person. It was a real stroke of luck to have met him. The property is located on the second floor of an elegant building, equipped with an elevator, and is reachable by car up to the entrance door. After a first stay at the end of April 2023, I returned on November 22, 2023, a testament to the excellent stay I had before. I highly recommend it.

My parents booked the room for me, saying that in the evening I would go to see the Claudio Baglioni concert in Assisi, about 10 minutes by car. Once arrived at Bab San Feliciano Affittacamere Foligno for the check-in, the manager Franco welcomed me in a very friendly and kind way, but he won me over from the moment he took me to the room because, through YouTube on the TV, there was the playlist of Claudio Baglioni playing, just to make me feel at home: a small but great gesture that made me appreciate and understand the attention to detail of Mr. Franco and the sensitivity he has towards his clients. Highly recommended also for the presence of the parking lot a stone's throw from the structure and especially for the morning silence in the surroundings. See you soon!
