The bed & breakfast Elisa House is a charming cottage tastefully furnished, surrounded by a large garden, relaxing in nature. In addition to warm hospitality. is located in very strategic position: situated in the green Umbrian countryside, close to the historical center of Foligno
Its location is ideal to reach in a short time: Assisi (18km) Montefalco (8km)
Bevagna (7km) Spello (8km) Trevi (10km) Spoleto (25km) and still in 40/60 minutes the most beautiful towns of Umbria.

The property is easily reachable by train or by car.

The B&B Elisa House offers hearty breakfasts served in the cozy kitchen for the exclusive use of guests with exclusively Italian, pantry with local products, hot water produced by solar panels, electricity produced by photovoltaic system. At the request of our guests we offer bicycles for local walks and for those who love jogging are excellent routes in the country lanes

I stayed at this bed and breakfast in August, my partner and I had a great time. The structure, a beautiful villa, is located a short distance from the center of the beautiful Foligno, the room is tastefully furnished and very clean, the owners, Rossella and her husband, two wonderful, friendly and welcoming people, make you feel at home, the breakfast, what can I say, delicious with homemade cakes by Rossella, organic fruit from their plants, quality and sought-after cold cuts, and many other things... so, a wonderful place, highly recommended for everything. We hope to be able to return, thank you for everything and we really hope to see you soon.

Absolutely a stay from ten and praise. Excellent value for money. Strategic location of the property, which allows you to easily reach the other cities of Umbria. At Elisa House kindness, cordiality, and hospitality reign supreme. Personally, I had a great time with the owners of the property, always very helpful. Abundant breakfast, with fresh homemade cake by Mrs. Rosella. Experience to definitely repeat. I found this B&B by chance but it was a very pleasant surprise.

The very cordial Mrs. Elisa manages everything excellently. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with ample space and functional furnishings. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The place, just outside Foligno, is relaxing, with no external noise, especially during the night. I highly recommend it.

A very welcoming place, about 1 kilometer from the historic center of Foligno but immersed in the splendid Umbrian countryside. From the veranda of our room, we could see Assisi in the distance. The owner was kind and friendly, we really felt at home and in addition to the thorough cleaning of the room and the bathroom, we had an excellent and abundant breakfast in an elegant hall with the fireplace! We hope to return soon, in the meantime I recommend it to everyone.
