The location near the train station and less than a kilometer from the army recruitment center makes it a good accommodation option for staying in Foligno during various competitions.
Furthermore, it is located near the restricted traffic zone of the city with the possibility of free parking.
It is easy to reach both the sports arena located 900 meters away and the shooting center.
The structure, located in a recently renovated beautiful building on the raised ground floor, has a terrace in almost all rooms and a large garden.
The furnishings have been carefully chosen with vintage, deco, or 70s furniture, all extensively restored and tastefully placed in functional and modern spaces.
Inside a common area, you will find a vending machine for drinks and various snacks, for relaxing moments during your stay.
Your small pets are welcome, and the presence of the nearby park will allow you to take pleasant walks with or without your little friends.
The central location of the city that houses our Guest House can be a convenient starting point for visiting the fascinating art cities that Umbria is particularly rich in.
How can we not think of the Roman wonders of Spello, less than 10 km away, or the magnificent square of medieval Bevagna, Montefalco, Trevi, or Spoleto, the city of the Festival?
In less than twenty minutes by car, you can reach Assisi; Pinturicchio, Giotto, Gentile, Perugino, Niccolò Alunno, Benozzo Gozzoli, are just some of the extraordinary artists that you can find in the Art Galleries, City Museums, or Churches that our mystical territory enjoys.

An excellent service. The facility is good and well-maintained, the manager is prompt and helpful. Close to the station and the selection center. I would have preferred more clarity regarding the parking issue, but the service was not absolutely optimal.

Il parco dei canapè è un B&B dalla locazione strategica per chiunque debba affrontare un concorso ma anche per chiunque voglia godere di un soggiorno a Foligno infatti dalla caserma di selezione dista circa 5 minuti a piedi e circa 4 minuti a piedi dal centro di Foligno.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia è eccellente, e per i miei giorni di soggiorno posso dire che il Sig. Francesco è stato gentilissimo molto disponibile e anche molto pragmatico consigliando dai migliori ristoranti fino alla barberia insomma per chiunque voglia trascorrere dei bei momenti di relax a Foligno o per chiunque abbia bisogno di una sistemazione qualità prezzo eccellente lo consiglio vivamente.

Sono stato accolto da Francesco, il proprietario della casa, persona disponibilissima e simpatica! La stanza era pulita e accogliente! Il locale é situato a 10 minuti dalla stazione e dal centro! Sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto! Consigliatissimo.
