The medieval watchtower, the Chapel, surviving witness of a former convent, the rural structures that guarded the fruits of work in the countryside, a large shaded park, inhabit the top of the "Colle" where olive groves, pine trees, woods and wheat fields and sunflowers harmonize in a symphony of colors.
Our pristine spaces have always existed and draw the unique profile of this corner of Umbria which enjoys the privilege of an enviable panoramic position. We are located just outside the splendid village of Todi and we maintain the right distance between comfort and the possibility of getting lost in the surrounding green countryside.

If I may, I would suggest including breakfast, even if only with local products, given the spectacular location but a bit far from the nearest bar.

We are a family of 4 from Australia travelling to Italy for the first time and a friend recommended we stay in Todi. Whilst not in Todi, we felt that Sergio’s place is actually better than staying in the town as you have beautiful countryside views and animals (he has chickens, turkeys, dogs and cats galore!). The kids loved it! We loved every minute of our stay at Sergio’s. He is a hard working, honest and passionate person who has put his heart and soul in the property and it shows in the everything from the interiors to the service he provides when you stay with him. He was always responsive and attentive to our requests and we love chatting to him about his background, culture and the history of the property. The accommodation itself is of excellent quality - beds were soooo comfortable we didn’t want to leave! There was plenty of space for a family of 4 - especially compared to what you would get in the town of Todi itself. And the trip into town is about 10mins by car - you park at a paid parking spot for about 1 euro per hour - and then take the cable car up to the town - very convenient - and then all the restaurants are within a 200m walk. Sergio was great in making recommendations on where to eat and where to shop. We can’t thank Sergio enough for his hospitality and great positive energy, we hope we have the privilege of coming back to his place again.
