Description

In the immediate vicinity of the historic village of Todi, the Bed and Breakfast "Ai 4 Gelsi" awaits you with delightfully furnished rooms, complete with air conditioning, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, with private bathroom.

From the rooms you can enjoy the beautiful Umbrian hilly landscape directly on the Tiber valley, admiring the colors that change every day in the various seasons, creating a constant surprise for your stay and relaxation. In the common areas you can enjoy the garden, barbecue, wide choice of books of various kinds. Parking is located inside the property.

Travelers staying with us will be able to discover the surroundings of our structure thanks to the guide and indications of the managers.

In the surrounding area, in addition to the beautiful Todi, there are other characteristic and historic Umbrian villages such as Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Deruta with its splendid ceramics, Marsciano, Spoleto, the Marmore Falls, Terni, Narni, Norcia, Cascia and many other pretty villages rich in history and culture, including gastronomy.

In the surroundings of the B&B you can make interesting walking routes.

Access from the free E45 state road is 4 km from our B&B. Via the E45 you can reach the A1 motorway with which you can easily reach Rome, which is about 110 km away.

Marina and Paolo are happy to welcome their guests with inviting breakfasts, snacks and friendliness.

Paulo and Marina were absolutely wonderful hosts. The view was spectacular. The food was delicious, and Marina was so patient with me. I was planning a wedding just down the street and had lots of people I was attempting to keep track of. That didn't go well, but Paulo and Marina were understanding and patient. My apologies to them.

The structure is carefully tended to in every little detail, cleanliness at its best, and the enchanting view over the hills of the Val Tiberina. Paolo and Marina have been excellent hosts: professionalism, kindness, friendliness, courtesy, and the utmost availability made us feel pampered and almost like family, I would dare say friends, rather than just occasional guests. The only regret is that we had only planned 2 nights in Todi, but I hope (and believe) that we will see them again soon. Thank you again for everything, Paolo and "Cicerina"!

Marina and Paolo warmly welcomed us to their magnificent country house, in the pulsating (and green!) heart of Umbria, just 3 minutes by car from the splendid Todi. They were two kind, generous hosts who were always available for any needs but also for a chat. The furnishings of the house, the room, and the bathroom were carefully crafted down to the smallest detail, many handmade by them, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. All the spaces were impeccably clean! And an excellent scent enveloped all the areas of the house. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious with a window overlooking the valley with a view of the Tiber. We slept in absolute silence. The bathroom was also large and equipped with everything necessary. Tired from the journey, they also prepared a delicious dinner for us! The breakfast was also plentiful and made up of homemade or local products. We highly recommend the b&b ai 4 gelsi, for complete relaxation and to enjoy nature. It is a place like few others, thanks to the excellent work of its owners. Thank you very much!

An experience that is nothing short of surprising in Todi. Marina and Paolo are two very kind hosts who made us feel at home. The property has a view that is nothing short of spectacular, located very close to the city. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, we were very satisfied. An experience to repeat absolutely, they are two very nice people with whom we got along very well.

Beautiful property, overlooking the Tiber Valley, very peaceful location despite being a short distance from the characteristic center of Todi. The outdoor spaces of the house are spacious and well-kept. Marina and Paolo made us feel at home, pampering us and offering us valuable insights to visit the most important places in Umbria. Orvieto and Perugia are about 30 km from the property. Super delicious breakfast with homemade jams. We will definitely return with our friends. Highly recommended. Umberto and Manuela.

Full marks well deserved. I stayed at Ai 4 Gelsi last weekend, together with my wife and my elderly parents. The recently opened structure offers reserved parking, spacious outdoor areas and above all a breathtaking view over the Tiber valley. The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with very comfortable beds, furnished with taste and originality. Tasty, abundant and quality breakfast. Strategic location to visit Umbria. A few minutes away is the parking lot from which, through a free elevator, you can reach the center of the beautiful city of Todi. I thank Marina and Paolo for their attention and for lovingly pampering my parents. We will definitely come back.
