Description

Three double rooms compose the Cloister, the Bed & Breakfast in the historic center of Assisi behind the Basilica of Santa Chiara. The structure that houses the B&B is of medieval origin and is spread over three levels, the last of which culminates in a courtyard with garden and panoramic views. Just exit the main door to be enchanted by the beauty of Assisi, whose most important places are within walking distance in a few minutes. To move between the different floors of the structure, it is necessary to go up and down stairs.

The B&B Il Chiostro is located in the central street of Borgo Aretino along the path that leads from Porta Nuova, one of the eight ancient accesses to the city, to Piazza del Comune passing through the Basilica of Santa Chiara. The latter is located a few steps from the property and is visible from the terrace with garden. Just cross the threshold of Il Chiostro to immerse yourself in the alleys of the center of Assisi and breathe an air of history, culture and architecture.

B&B a short walk from the Monastery of Santa Chiara, rooms on the second floor, spacious and comfortable. The owner was helpful and attentive. We will gladly return.

B&B located just steps from the New Gate, very close to the center and the Church of Santa Chiara. Rooms are very clean and tidy, some have direct access to the cloister which is an exceptional corner. Abundant breakfast and very kind staff. Many stairs.

The completely renovated structure is well maintained and very clean. The kindness of the owners and the care they put into serving customers is exceptional. The Chiostro is located 100 meters from the Basilica of Santa Chiara and a few hundred meters from the center of Assisi. A structure to always keep in mind.
