Discover a charming bed and breakfast located in a beautiful panoramic setting, just a short walk from the historic walls of Assisi. The city center is easily accessible on foot in just 10 minutes, thanks to its proximity to two main entrances: Porta Nova, which overlooks the upper part of the town, and Porta Cappuccini, a secondary access point. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning with heating and cooling options, heating, and a mini-fridge stocked with fresh water upon arrival. Guests can take advantage of free parking located on a public road next to the building, which is closed to traffic. Breakfast is always included and offers a wide variety to meet all dietary needs, with gluten-free options available upon request. Additionally, a secure space for bicycle parking is available on a private terrace outside, also upon request.

Welcome! I'm Maria, your host and manager of this establishment. This is a dream I have realized over the years. My journey began about 35 years ago in England, where I discovered the world of guest houses. Back then, there were no modern technologies or mobile phones; bookings were handled by a municipal entity that collected requests and distributed them among the various establishments registered with the Tourist Board. Guests would knock directly on the door..Today, the landscape has changed with the rise of OTAs, which often charge high commissions. For this reason, I have chosen to return to a more direct approach with my guests. This entirely Italian site allows for bookings without additional fees, enabling me to offer more advantageous rates for everyone. My passion for hospitality remains strong, and the reviews from my guests inspire me to continually improve, aiming to make their vacation a time of peace and relaxation, enriched by the culture and art of a magnificent city like Assisi.

Located just a short walk from the historic walls of Assisi, our establishment is only a 10-minute stroll from two entrances to the city center, easily accessible on foot. The main access point, Porta Nova, is situated on the upper side of the town, while the smaller Porta Cappuccini is also nearby. Additionally, we are very close to a hospital and well-known places of worship that enhance the cultural offerings of Assisi.
