Beautiful apartment close to the station and the minimetro. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and has a nice view of the historic center and the Perugia station across from the apartment. The apartment is tidy and clean, has a nice shower and good air conditioning in the bedroom above the bed. The wifi is also very good. On the large balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine in the morning.

We stayed for a weekend and I must say that the apartment is fantastic. Very well furnished, spacious and perfect for families with children. I highly recommend it also for the excellent location.

We stayed at this B&B and had a great time. The owner was really kind and helpful, she assisted us with everything we needed. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The location is excellent: very close to the Minimetrò and buses, which allowed us to easily move around the city and visit the main attractions. Additionally, the area was very quiet, ideal for relaxing after a day out. We definitely recommend it!
