This small and comfortable hotel, just restructured, is in the ideal position to visit the most important turistics places in Umbria.

We are 5 km from the historical centre and 2 km from the railway station, and our zone is served by buses and minimetrò.

Our clean, spacious and luminous 14 rooms have all private bathroom, tv sat, balcon; the hotel have also private parking.

the service is of bed and breakfast but the convention with typical restaurants it allows the guests to taste the best of local kitchen.

the direct management of the owners guarantees a superior level respect at the category.

Having returned to this property shortly after my last stay and having had a very good experience here, I retract the only point of note from my previous review (although posted elsewhere) in which I reported the only flaw being the lack of a hairdryer. Unfortunately, I had not noticed, as also indicated on the note in the room, that it was stored in the drawer. Therefore I can only speak well of this hotel, also considering the proven courtesy of the staff and the owners, whom I gladly thank for their care in their relationship with guests. I will gladly return.

Strategic location near the highway junction. The structure is fairly well maintained apart from a few small details regarding heating and hot water. Otherwise, cleanliness is top-notch and the breakfast is very abundant.

My colleague and I had a great time at this hotel. Cozy, clean, well served by public transport and with decent restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast is abundant and with good quality products, the croissants are excellent (not frozen). The owner is kind and helpful. The price of the rooms is excellent. Recommended.
