Description

Villa Isa Boutique Apartment is a historic residence from the 1930s, located 430 meters above sea level, just a short walk from the medieval town center of Manciano.

It is an ideal place to stay for quickly reaching points of historical and artistic interest (the Tufo Cities), wellness destinations (Saturnia Thermal Baths), and natural attractions (WWF Oasis at Lake Burano, the coves of Argentario).

The Villa has been fully renovated while preserving its original architectural style. The exterior features serene stone and travertine, while the interior is adorned with vintage furnishings that enhance the rooms.

Surrounded by a 2000 square meter terraced garden with ancient and fruit trees, guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over Maremma, the Argentario promontory, and the islands of Giglio and Montecristo.

Villa Isa Boutique Apartment consists of three different types of comfortable rooms, each offering views of the sea and garden, equipped with adjustable autonomous heating, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchenette and a living room with a table and armchairs. Free WiFi is available.

From the Villa's tower, a spiral staircase leads to a spacious and scenic terrace.

Excellent structure, everything is impeccable. The room is large and spacious, there is a kitchenette in the structure, with a coffee machine, kettle, and cooking corner, a large refrigerator where guests can store drinks and other items, and a beautiful living room. The structure also offers a terrace with deck chairs and armchairs, with a view of all the Maremma hills. Sara, the owner, was very kind, being on a stopover on the Coast to Coast Path, she provided me with detergent, a basin, and a drying rack for laundry. In short, I could not wish for anything more.

I chose this bed and breakfast to give a gift to my sister, who confirmed the expectations. In fact, the structure, located a few kilometers from the renowned Terme di Saturnia, boasts a spectacular view of Maremma. The breakfast was appreciated, as well as the assistance for everything by Sara, the manager of the structure.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast in a panoramic location. Very clean and spacious rooms, some with panoramic terrace. The common area is also comfortable where guests can enjoy tea, coffee, biscuits, juices, etc. Mrs. Sara is exceptional: kind and helpful, truly a lovely person.

The property was lovely; we were not able to work the heat in the room but did have extra blankets; the location was nice as we had family staying at another property very close to us; the view was beautiful.

I highly recommend Villa Isa for a stay in a characteristic village near the Saturnia hot springs. The structure is very beautiful and well maintained, spotless! The owner is very kind, she advised us on both places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The villa is also close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and other shops. The view that can be enjoyed from the terrace, where you can also have breakfast, is spectacular. Very beautiful and relaxing environment.

Sarah was a wonderful host and very attentive during my stay. The Adele suite was spacious and comfortable. Views were just incredible. This is very convenient to walking into the town and parking was easy and safe. I highly recommend booking at Villa Isa. You will not be disappointed in the value and quality!

The structure itself is beautiful. The room is narrow and faces the road. Breakfast consists of only 2 pods per day (we were a couple, so one each) that the owner provides sparingly, leaving them in the room, day by day. A narrow spiral staircase, borderline dangerous, leads to the terrace where there is a splendid view, and where you can, if you wish, enjoy the coffee pod. We would have preferred a more welcoming, more Tuscan structure... the free Saturnia thermal baths are 14 km away, accessible only from 7:30 pm onwards, given the excessive crowding even on weekdays. There is little else to do and see in the surrounding area.

Il servizio di prima colazione, come specificato nella mail di conferma della prenotazione e per telefono, non è incluso nella tariffa della camera perché sospeso in questo periodo. Così, come Le era stato comunicato al telefono, mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti la possibilità di utilizzare, gratuitamente, un angolo cottura raggiungibile con una scala a chiocciola, circondata da due pareti e una ringhiera, dove è possibile prepararsi un caffè e/o un tè da noi offerto come cortesia di benvenuto. La nostra Villa è una residenza d'epoca degli anni '30 non un casale toscano e questo lo si può vedere in modo evidente dalle foto sul nostro sito web e sui vari portali. Le Cascate del Mulino (accesso libero e gratuito) sono a 10 km dalla nostra struttura e nel mese di Agosto, così come altri luoghi, sono molto frequentate dai turisti. Le ricordiamo che siamo nella zona degli Etruschi ricca di storia e tradizioni. A soli 5 Km abbiamo Montemerano uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia, a 20 km Le Città del Tufo (Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana). Saluti Sara.

We had a great time at Villa Isa. The room was clean and perfectly tidy, as was the bathroom. Great value for money and excellent location. They also recommended some excellent restaurants in the area. During our stay, breakfast was not offered, but they provided everything we needed for a breakfast to have in the room. The view made everything even more beautiful! Recommended!

Sara (and her parents) and Villa Isa were wonderful. We used Manciano as a "base camp" of sorts with an additional villa up the street. Sara's rooms were exceptionally clean and neat. She was very accommodating and kept great communication. The view is spectacular, especially from the roof. Only a few points of interest which were not necessarily positive or negative: the wifi was iffy at times. Also, the villa is more dormitory style with a common kitchen and dining room and three rooms down a long hallway. So, if you're looking for only a room or a few rooms, then would recommend! Did not eat breakfast so can not comment.

It doesn't even look like a Bed and Breakfast, but once you meet Sara, you'll change your mind. Located in Marciano, the property is very simple but with all the possible comforts. It has a terrace where you can have breakfast with a breathtaking view or relax in the evening after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Sara is a great host. I recommend her pies, they are superb. Go there.

It seemed really nice in the pictures, but when we arrived we were really impressed! In a positive way, of course! Splendid terrace, breakfast with a delicious homemade tart, clean and simple rooms with everything you need. Sara who welcomes you is very helpful and nice, the building is from 1938 all renovated (those who love and have studied a bit of architecture will appreciate it) and the location is not far from Saturnia, half an hour from the sea and from the Tarot Garden. More than positive review. Can't wait to go back!

Great location with great hostess. We got the large corner room which was more than spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit tight for the size of the room. Continental breakfast with sweets only except our hostess gave us some local cheese and meat one morning to taste which was very nice. Easy walk into Manciano and close to the other hilltop towns.

Very very cute structure, attention to the smallest details, a very refined style! Sara, the owner of the structure, is a lovely person and prepared us an excellent breakfast. The terrace where you can have breakfast is worth it. Very honest quality-price ratio! I had a relaxing weekend with my sister, I will definitely come back with my boyfriend in September.

Clean, spacious room with a beautiful view. Breakfast with homemade sweets and jam. It will be welcoming, friendly and courteous. I recommend it also for the almost central location.

Villa Isa is a beautiful villa in the municipality of Manciano. It is just a few steps from the historic center, and all the commercial activities in the town (shops, restaurants, bars, gas stations, etc.) are close to the property, a five-minute walk to be clear. The property is well-maintained, both the rooms and all other areas of the villa are tidy and clean. From the town of Manciano, you can set off on various itineraries in the Maremma, as it is located in the center of many places to visit. The strong point of Villa Isa is the friendliness and familiarity with which guests are welcomed, and moreover, it is the manager himself who provides suggestions for cultural visits or itineraries to explore in the Maremma and beyond. The quality-price ratio is excellent and honest. The breakfast is abundant with delicious homemade cakes and pastries. I spent a wonderful week with this family.
