Maura and Giancarlo are special people. They welcomed us like family, even if only for one night. Impeccable service. Beautiful place.

We stayed for one night, what can I say the place is wonderful, the view around Manciano and the countryside leaves you speechless, the rooms have a rustic style and remind a lot of country cottages, the owners are an elderly couple who take care of the B&B all year with love and dedication. We will definitely return because it was spring and the hot tub was off :(

Splendid farmhouse, located in a dominant position on top of a hill from which it overlooks an extraordinary panorama in all directions, from the sea to the mountains. Completely renovated preserving the materials and traditional architecture of the place, it is surrounded by a large, very large, garden, in whose well-kept spaces, adorned with shady trees, plants, and flowers, one can relax in tranquility, enjoying the many "relax" corners set up by Maura and Giancarlo to enjoy the sunset over the Tyrrhenian Sea, rather than the view of the Manciano rock or even just the sweet and well-kept countryside in which it is immersed. We were welcomed and followed with cordiality, care, and attention, and hosted in rooms furnished with taste and sobriety, without lacking anything. The television is small? But next to it there is a window overlooking a splendid panorama that, at dawn, is worth much more than a news bulletin! There is no shower box, but a shower tray with those uncomfortable plastic curtains? But after a day in the thermal waters of Saturnia, there is certainly no need to linger in the shower! Is breakfast simple and essential? Could it be better? I rather believe it is more than enough: a bit of fruit, some homemade sweets, yogurt, milk, coffee, rusks, butter, jam, and Nutella. Just enough and more than what is needed. In any case, the relationship between the quality of hospitality and the price requested undoubtedly places this structure at the top in the area. With the savings compared to other structures, even of lesser quality, forget about breakfast! You can reserve a hearty lunch or dinner in one of the good restaurants in the area! However, this farmhouse is the jewel box in which a splendid couple lives, who have the pleasure of hosting polite and passionate guests of beautiful things. Maura and Giancarlo have made it their home, where they welcome, with care, those who want to relax in a simple, elegant, and nature-immersed environment. I would gladly return and you would do well to come too!

Excellent everything! I arrived at sunset and the view from the hill where the Casale Giacomini is located was a dream. The room very comfortable and the breakfast very complete. I recommend it, especially if you travel by car, as reaching it on foot can be a bit tedious. Very close to the Cascata del Mulino thermal baths.

We had a good stay, only downside was the price that was not updated, so we found an extra cost.

Perfect stay, enchanting location. Friendly and helpful hosts. Clean and essential rooms, rich breakfast with local products.

Really nice and cozy place, the managers are polite and helpful. To recommend.

Definitely a lovely place, relaxation is guaranteed, a stretch of greenery and absolute silence! Small, necessary rooms. Kind owners. Only downside, cash payment only communicated at check-out.

Great location. Beautiful and charming Casale Giacomini with a wonderful park, managed with love and care by Mrs. Maura and her husband. Ideal for a relaxing stay, the geographical location facilitates trips to very beautiful villages and the sea. Excellent breakfasts.

Strategic point near the Saturnia thermal baths and half an hour from the sea. I hope to be able to go back again. Excellent vacation.

Mrs. Maura and her husband are exquisite people who provide special attention to customers showing an uncommon availability, seasoned with a healthy Tuscan humor that makes them unique.\nThe structure is beautiful, located on a hill with breathtaking views that can be comfortably enjoyed from the sun loungers placed in strategic points.\nWe found hospitality, familiarity and above all authentic relaxation. We will certainly come back, hoping that the anti-Covid regulations will allow us a breakfast with typical products instead of packaged ones. But this obviously does not depend on the operators.\nReally compliments to the operators for the excellent work they do with passion and dedication!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni in questo paradiso sulla sommità di una collina da cui si gode di un panorama incredibile. Qui c’è sempre un piacevole venticello che sotto al leccio rende il tramonto uno spettacolo indimenticabile. Poi c’è Maura, la titolare, una donna gentile e piena di vitalità. Ospitalità top. Purtroppo causa ristrettezze Covid, la colazione non era con prodotti tipici e la Jacuzzi non era disponibile: ottimo motivo per ritornarci! Grazie X il bellissimo soggiorno. Ps: un grande abbraccio a Rocco da parte di mia figlia.

The apartment is an old farmhouse in the countryside completely renewed. The place is strategic to visit the nearby thermal baths and the ancient villages in the area. Strongly suggested!

La struttura è splendida, un casale in Toscana immerso nel verde e facilmente raggiungibile da Manciano. Siamo stati accolti da gestori gentilissimi e abbiamo trascorso giorni indimenticabili. Se possiamo, torneremo volentieri!

Location spettacolare. Non appena arrivi in cima alla collina sembra di essere in Paradiso. Struttura splendida ed egregiamente gestita dai proprietari. Un cura amorevole di tutti i particolari è sicuramente il valore aggiunto del Casale Giacomini. Un posto incantevole che consigliamo e dove sicuramente torneremo per visitare la Maremma con sosta alle bellissime terme di Saturnia.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni. Struttura meravigliosa, sicuramente la più bella della zona grazie alla posizione. Proprietari cordiali, gentili, disponibili e attenti. La jacuzzi in giardino affacciata sulla valle è cibo per corpo e anima. Ci torneremo.

Bellissimo casale vista panoramica vicino il paese, la signora molto cortese. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti speriamo di ritornare presto.

Un posto incantevole, dove l'armonia tra casa e ambiente è in sintonia. I padroni di casa sono molto ospitali, amichevoli nel rendere proficua la vacanza. La signora Maura è davvero sorprendente curando i particolari della casa, ma anche del vasto giardini, dove ci sono angoli per ogni esigenza. Veramente una scelta ben fatta, da consigliare sicuramente.

Tutto perfetto e curato nei minimi dettagli: dal panorama alla Camera. Soggiorno fantastico grazie alle attenzioni e alla pulizia di Maura. Posizione comoda per le terme, per visitare i bellissimi borghi della bassa Maremma, anche il mare si raggiunge in una 40ina di minuti.

Personale delizioso, gentili e molto ospitali. Il posto più bello della zona di sicuro.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo. Posizione della struttura stupenda. Panorama indimenticabile. Camera e ospitalitàottime. Colazione migliorabile.

Tolle Lage des Hauses mit großem Garten, liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Zimmer sowie herzliche Gastgeber. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns ein wenig mehr Abwechslung und frischere Backwaren gewünscht. Leider funktionierte der Jacuzzi nicht als wir dort waren. Ansonsten jederzeit wieder!

Un casale bellissimo, curato fin nei minimi particolari. Un giardino a dir poco favoloso. Una vista incantevole che spazia fino al mare passando per il bel borgo di Manciano e la campagna toscana. Colazione con squisite torte e marmellate fatte in casa. La padrona di casa è simpatica, cordiale ma non invadente. Un tocco di simpatia è dato dal cane Rocco e dal gatto Filippo che, odiandosi cordialmente, passano la giornata a tendersi agguati; entrambi amanti delle coccole e dei grattini ma assolutamente "discreti". Comodo per le terme di Sturnia e per visitare i molti splendidi borghi delle vicinanze. Favolosa la vasca idromassaggio, un po' defilata dal casale, e che si affaccia su un panorama da togliere il fiato.

Ottima struttura, immersa nel verde della campagna toscana, ben tenuta e pulita. Curata nei dettagli. Proprietaria accogliente e gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio soprattutto a chi vuole riposarsi e a chi ha bimbi piccoli che possono beneficiare della tranquillità della campagna.

La struttura si trova in una posizione incantevole, i proprietari cordiali e disponibili, la struttura nonostante l'ampio spazio esterno è tenuta in modo impeccabile. La consiglio a chi ama la tranquillità e ama visitare siti storici e anche la buona cucina tascana.
