PITIGLIANO
Pitigliano stands on a big mass of tufa. All the surrounding area is featured by the Monuments and the Ruins of Ancient Civilisations: Etruscan, Roman, of the Middle Ages and of the Renaissance, set in an incomparable landscape.
Pitigliano is its synthesis, in the eyes of who first discovers it.
It displays wonderful landmarks, such as: the mysterious Hollow Ways (Etruscan), the Orsini Palace, residence of the family until the domination of Medici (see the Medicean aqueduct).
Nearby the Etruscan necropolis of Poggio Buco (Statonia).
Extant the Hebrew Synagogue recently restructured.
The inner plan of the town is very evocative with its Medieval alleys.
Sovana
With its Etruscan necropolis, its Romanesque Cathedral of XI century and the church of Santa Maria of XII century, Sovana gave birth to a great Pope: Gregorio VII.
Sorano
Inhabited since the Bronze Age, Sorano became an Etruscan stronghold. The name derives from an Etruscan divinity. After several ups and downs Sorano passes, in 1293, under the Orsini family and, in 1608 joins the Granducato di Toscana.
Saturnia
Numerous sulphureous bubbles give life to a small steaming crater. Water springs at a rhythm of about 1 cube metre per second, at a temperature of 37°-38° C. In proximity to the hot springs swimming pools have been digged. The mineral waters of Saturnia are useful for baths, inhalations and mud-baths. These waters find countless chances to be employed for medical - aesthetical treatments.
It is important to get to know the wonders of Mount Argentario and of Lake Bolsena in the surroundings.

Spacious and bright accommodation, newly built, kept in an impeccable manner and very organized in everything (top-notch cleanliness). The owner is very kind. On the first day, a small breakfast is available (not included) outside. I would return.

A dieci minuti a piedi da Pitigliano. Staff cordiale, attenti a ogni esigenza del cliente, bella struttura, colazione di tutto di più, camere spaziosissime, bagno enorme. Che dire? Se venite a Pitigliano, venite qui.

Collocazione silenziosa, comoda con il centro storico di Pitigliano che si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. Dispone di parcheggio privato, che non è cosa da poco a Pitigliano. Gestore struttura cortese e pulizia dei locati ottima. La colazione è ottima e abbondante.
Trascorsi quattro giorni in tranquillità, ci siamo trovati bene e ritorneremo di sicuro come punto d'appoggio per altro "girovagare".

Struttura molto carina posta nelle vicinanze (circa 1 km) del centro storico, dispone di parcheggio privato, in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per un buon sonno ristoratore. Camera e bagno ampi e puliti, colazione ricca e gestori molto affabili e disponibili.
Assolutamente consigliato per chi desidera pernottare in un luogo tranquillo e abbastanza vicino al centro storico.

Bella collocazione circondata da verde e silenziosa, comoda al centro, facile da raggiungere arrivando da fuori regione. Cortesia del personale. Pulizia dei locali. Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questo fantastico bed and breakfast e ci è piaciuto davvero tanto. Le stanze, pulitissime, sono spaziose e hanno tutto quello che serve per poter passare una vacanza indimenticabile. La colazione è stata ottima e di alto livello. Si raggiunge il centro di Pitigliano in pochi minuti a piedi, ci siamo trovati davvero bene e ritorneremo di sicuro. Massimo Elena, Padova.
