The view was out of this world and the building has a great location in the center of the piazza. The lift is available, which is a big plus.

Purtroppo quest'anno non possiamo permetterci un rinnovo totale della struttura, per questo motivo teniamo prezzi molto bassi ed offriamo il massimo :) Per quanto riguarda le mappe della città sono giu alla reception, sono gratuite e le offriamo a tutti i clienti al checkin...non le mettiamo anche in camera perchè sarebbe uno spreco di carta. 20 steps from Piazza del Campo everything in order. Honest bathroom in the room, possibility to come and go at will. Excellent solution, if we return to Siena it will be a must-stop.

We stayed in Siena on Halloween night, the hotel staff was very kind, welcomed us, helped with parking and gave excellent advice on where to eat for both lunch and dinner. The hotel reflects the expected features and offers luggage storage. The room is comfortable, only the bathroom is slightly undersized. Overall, we are happy and recommend it for a great base just 'two steps' from Piazza del Campo. A special thanks to the staff.

September 2017. We spent 3 nights at the Piccolo Hotel Etruria, a building located just a stone's throw from the magnificent Piazza del Campo in a small pedestrian alley. We are truly in the heart of the old town. The room was nice and clean, as well as the bathroom/ WC. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but around the hotel there are places to have a good cappuccino with some "cornetti". It can be said that the value for money is good.
