Description Breakfast
B&B Ohana: “Ohana means Family. Family means no one gets lost or forgotten”. This B&B was born with the idea of welcoming guests inside our family, to warm them with every comfort and in the meantime make them feel like home.

Rooms are 5 and all at first floor: everyone different and with its own balcony. Inside bathrooms have shower or jacuzzi bathtub. Total relax with flat screen satellyte tv, minibar, electric boiler with coffee and tea complimentary amenities, heating, air conditioning.

Free wi-fi in rooms and all property.

Ground floor guests can find reception, open space sofa area with tv and little children playground. There is also breakfast area with italian and international buffet breakfast (gluten-free food on request).

We have two little kids of 2 and 4 running around the place so for families with little children we can provide cribs, bath adjustment, baby bottle warmer, baby seats, plates, common microwave in the kitchen to warm food, milk and baby bottle sterilization.

Second floor there is a little terrace where guests can enjoy looking at the sea or at our beautiful beach sunset.

There is a little garden around the house with availability of having outside breakfast during summer season. Next to it open swimmingpool with sunbeds (seasonal opening)
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside rooms and every area of the property. Pets are not allouded.

National and international breakfast is always included in the rate. Buffet breakfast including hot and cold food, pastries, ham and cheese, coffee, cappuccino, hot tea, hot chocolate. Seasonal fruits and something home made. Gluten free products on request.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura su un sito di internet, dalle foto era molto bella, ma quando l’abbiamo vista la realtà ha superato le nostre aspettative. La proprietaria della struttura Monica è una persona molto gentile, presente e attenta agli ospiti. Noi abbiamo una bimba di 4 anni che si è trovata proprio come a casa; ci sono spazi pensati proprio per bimbi della sua età! Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Struttura molto bella, Monica è straordinaria, già al telefono era una persona gentile e disponibile, quando l’abbiamo conosciuta ne abbiamo avuto la conferma. Molta attenzione a tutti i dettagli per gli ospiti adulti ma soprattuto per i bimbi! Noi ci siamo sentiti a casa; la mia bimba ha solo 4 anni ma quando ha trovato nella struttura tutte le comodità che ha a casa nostra era davvero molto felice. Sicuramente ci torneremo! Ambiente estremamente gradevole, pulito, luminoso, confortevole. Ottima colazione, con grande scelta e qualità di cibo. Gestione sempre presente, attenta, disponibile. Posizione molto tranquilla, senza alcun disturbo ambientale, favorente il relax ed il sonno. Con una propria piscina e parcheggio, ed a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Esperienza piacevolissima da ripetere e consigliare.

Hi, I'm Monica. I would like to start introducing myself telling you about my two most precious things in my life: Emma Sara of 4 and Damiano of 2. They are my day-life now and everything regarding them complete my day. But I had also a previous life and I've always loved travelling around the world. I graduated at Venice University studying Oriental Languages and Culture (Chinese Mandarin) and now my chinese is really poor but my passion for oriental history and life-style remains. I started in 2007 to work as a hotel receptionist or booking agent and my dream has finally become true opening my own B&B! I also have a gorgeous quarter horse "Spirit" in a stable in Viareggio (ASD Hollywood Team) where you can enjoy american style horse lessons or horse riding along Viareggio pinewood and beach. After travelling a lot and making up a family in my original home-town I can say that I'm the most lucky person in the world. This amazing location consent me to work and in the same time bring my two little stars on the beach every day (winter and summer) - we are 2 minutes walking away from the beach and the promenade. So come and visit our family, you won't regret this.
