Description

We are located in Versilia, about 8 km from the sea of Viareggio and 15 km from Lucca and Pisa, in a green area but very convenient for staying.

Our family service offers accommodation in rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning.

The property has 8 rooms, including 1 for disabled guests, some with external entrances for those with small pets, all with bathrooms. It is also possible to use the kitchen and terrace for dining.

In addition, we have 2 studios with kitchens for 3-4 people, air conditioning, and a terrace for dining.

Open all year round, we offer services such as TV, parking, garden, and a restaurant run by the owners. It is also possible to stay for long periods.

In addition to the sea of Versilia, we have the lake and Roman baths of Massaciuccoli, where you can take boat trips, the Migliarino Sanrossore park, the Carrara marble quarries, the green Garfagnana and its Wind Caves. Then there is Pietrasanta with its sculptures, and Forte dei Marmi with its shops.

Hello everyone, my name is Alessio and I am the owner of this bed and breakfast that has now become a small family-run hotel.

Why should you come to me? We are located on the road that connects Viareggio to Lucca, making it convenient to visit Pisa, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Carrara with its quarries, not to mention Florence which is about 40 minutes away by car.

I look forward to welcoming you for a day, maybe two or even a week, to discover our beautiful Italy.

The structure is undoubtedly in a strategic position. Unbeatable value for money. Spacious, air-conditioned and very clean rooms. The room is cleaned every day. You are immersed in the greenery and the kindness and professionalism of the owners. Breakfast is served on a small terrace with homemade cakes. In this regard, I would mention the kindness of having prepared and baked small pies and cookies for me, being vegan. I feel like recommending a long stay at the Cecco di Nara hotel. Versilia is a step away, Lucca just over a quarter of an hour, Florence 45 minutes by car.

Everything, first of all convenient location both to the sea and to tourist locations (Viareggio, Lucca, Massaciuccoli...) and ample free parking (something not to be underestimated, not easily found in the area). \nThe owners are of a unique availability and kindness, provide information about the surroundings and welcome guests with small attentions that are not often found, indeed. \nWe stayed in a large room, with a terrace overlooking the lotus flower cultivation (too bad it wasn't the flowering period) and a comfortable bathroom, with a nice large shower. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi included. \nExcellent cleanliness. \nA plus for breakfast, served in a kind of closed terrace/veranda, offers a good choice of drinks and food (delicious cakes and pastries, always different). \nThe same space can be used by guests as a support point to consume any take-out food.

I stayed here with my family and we were in the small apartment. We had a good time, the place is small but welcoming and clean. Breakfast was more than sufficient! 10 minutes by car from Viareggio and Lucca.
