The farmhouse was renovated in 2007, the apartments have been equipped with all comforts and services to make your stay pleasant, comfortable, and in close contact with nature.
Inspired by different flowers, our apartments, all in rustic style, fully reflect the Tuscan style, with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, and finishes.
It is only 2 km away from the A11 motorway (Florence-Seaside) exit Chiesina Uzzanese, it is in an ideal position for those who want to reach the art cities quickly: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Vinci.
The farmhouse has ample parking that can also accommodate groups by bus, it is located along the Lucca wine and oil road, Montecarlo, and Versilia, close to riding stables, tennis courts, golf courses, natural parks, just over an hour from the Apennine mountains where you can practice skiing and winter sports, you can follow trekking and cycling routes immersed in nature, close to the city of Viareggio and Versilia, with their bathing facilities and just ten minutes from the thermal baths and wellness centers of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme, and 5 km from Collodi and the Pinocchio park.

The agriturismo Casolare dei Fiori in Montecarlo (Lucca) is directly managed by the Pasquinelli family, owners of the homonymous Agricultural Company.
The Pasquinelli family has been involved in flower cultivation, one of the most important activities in Valdinievole, for 2 generations.
The Pasquinelli Agricultural Company started its operations in 1954 with Enzo, the father. Initially, the production was solely focused on carnations, cultivated during the summer season. However, with the construction of the first heated greenhouses, the possibility of cultivating flowers all year round arose.
Over the years, the cultivated products, lands, and available greenhouses have increased.
Currently, the company cultivates around 40 different species including flowers, ornamental greens, decorative branches, and potted plants, distributed over an area of 20,000 square meters of greenhouses and 10,000 square meters outdoors.
It is precisely thanks to their great passion for flowers that the idea of the Casolare emerged.
The agriturismo, which the Pasquinelli family wanted to create with the same passion for beautiful things, preserves the characteristic elements of Tuscan tradition through the typical architecture of the farmhouse.
All the activities of the agricultural company can be observed directly by the guests of the Casolare, and for those who are interested, it is even possible to actively participate in the life of the company!

Immerso nel verde, questo casolare accuratamente ristrutturato è stata proprio una bella sorpresa! Accoglienza cordiale, appartamento pulitissimo e con tutti i confort e le accortezze che neanche in strutture più "altolocate" abbiamo trovato.
Ci torneremo, lo consigliamo.
