Description

Affittacamere Delfo is located just outside the historic center of Pisa, a 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower.

It offers modern-style rooms with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Guests enjoy free use of a fully equipped, shared kitchen, where coffee, tea, biscuits and jams are always available.

A bottle of wine is provided on arrival as a welcome gift.

The rooms and the entire structure are daily cleaned, sanitized and subjected to treatment with an Ozone generator.

We are out of the area ZTL, you can easily reach our hotel by car.

Public parking is available outside the hotel at only euro 4, 50 per day.

A bus stopping 100 m away takes you to Pisa train station and the airport.

Very pleasant environment in a quiet setting and very convenient for walking to the town center. Nearby parking is paid only from 8:00 to 14:00. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great location, outside the ZTL zone but next to the city walls and a 10-minute walk from the main points. It is easy to find parking in the nearby area. Practical self check-in. The rooms are clean and there is a small shared kitchen to make coffee. Tea is provided by the owner.

I stayed in this room for 2 days and I felt very comfortable. The room is exactly like in the photos: spacious, welcoming and clean. The location is excellent, convenient for services and to visit the most beautiful places in the city; quiet area. The owner was a very kind, discreet and very helpful person. Highly recommended.

Recently renovated property. Simple room but with all the essentials and very clean. The bathroom is spacious and welcoming. A short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the city center. Recommended.

This hotel is perfect for a few days in Pisa. It is slightly outside the centre but close enough to walk easily. Located in a side street, it is reasonably quiet. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host provides a bottle of wine refilled every day, which I thought was a very nice gesture. There is a well-equipped kitchen area with tea, coffee and biscuits free of charge. There is a fridge, microwave and a gas hob if you wish to bring in food to eat. There are a few pizza restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and cafés are around 10 minutes away if you want breakfast. My only criticism is not with the hotel specifically but with inconsiderate guests who seem to think it is acceptable to talk very loudly and bang doors early in the morning and late at night. They also let their young children run around screaming in the corridor outside when other people are trying to sleep.

Professionalism and courtesy. Due to our mishap, Mr. Francesco provided us with solutions regarding this. Ideal location to reach the center on foot, clean environment. Breakfast not provided, but still with a minimum to not stay with an empty stomach. If we were to return to Pisa, it will definitely be a reference point for accommodation. Congratulations!

Francesco, the host, is kind, helpful, and always ready to solve any kind of problem. The structure is essential, clean, and there is really every comfort, considering the price which is truly convenient. There is a small kitchen with everything you need and breakfast, although not included, is provided by the B&B with American coffee, tea, cookies, toast, and jam that everyone can take for free.

We stayed for just one night at the Delfo Guesthouse. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is brand new. The only flaw is some plasterboard walls, so if you have particularly noisy neighbors, tranquility is not always guaranteed. The property is located in an area easily reachable on foot from the center, with parking available (although for a fee) at reasonable costs.

Street parking with no difficulty, self check-in, very clean room, essential furnishings with very comfortable mattress. We rested very well. If one wanted to reach the center to experience the city life, it is possible to do so on foot. We didn't meet anyone and yet check-in and check-out were painless thanks to the clarity of the instructions received. Unbeatable price that minimizes the low sound isolation between rooms (no noise comes from the street).

Excellent establishment, good value for money and located outside the walls. There is parking available at a cheap price, 0.75 euros per hour, and the city should be explored on foot. The manager is friendly and welcomes you with a small bottle of wine, surely appreciated by foreigners. There is no option for a small breakfast snack, although I did not use it personally, but it was available anyway. Definitely worth coming back.

Structure a few hundred meters from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, we parked the car in front of the property and walked around enjoying the city center throughout our stay. Extremely clean structure and friendly staff, the manager very helpful. Good red wine offered by the manager, who provides it in the room every day, even though breakfast was not planned. For guests, there are biscuits, rusks, tea, instant coffee available. The kitchen was very convenient, and we used it; we felt at home. Thank you, we will come back soon! Mario and Sarah.

Affittacamere Delfo is very nice in terms of location, equipped with air conditioning. In a room adjacent on the same floor, there is a kitchenette with a fridge. However, there is a very important issue: it's almost impossible to sleep peacefully. The slamming of the door in the early morning and late at night absolutely hinders rest.

Nice big room, great bathroom with window, difficult to find (all in the dark). Being PIsa a city crossed by a great river, the windows/balconies should have mosquito nets.

My parents stayed at the B&B Affittacamere Delfo during a visit to Pisa, they really enjoyed their stay, the room is comfortable, well heated, and clean. The area is very quiet. The owner is always prompt in communications both by phone and through social media. Definitely recommended.

The manager/owner (?) was perfect. Excellent availability and small attentions (exceptional presence of good wine and snacks in the room). Clean room. Very noisy air conditioning. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Located in a quiet area very close to my personal point of interest and still close to the historic center of Pisa.

Clean, welcoming, and tidy, where the stay is pleasant and you feel at home. As far as I'm concerned, the location is great. We particularly appreciated the free use of the kitchen.

The structure is completely renovated, the furniture is simple, the rooms comfortable and clean. The owner is very kind, helpful and you can see that he works with passion. Excellent value for money. If I had to come back to Pisa, I would definitely come back to sleep here.
