Description
Affittacamere Delfo is located just outside the historic center of Pisa, a 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower.

It offers modern-style rooms with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Guests enjoy free use of a fully equipped, shared kitchen, where coffee, tea, biscuits and jams are always available.

A bottle of wine is provided on arrival as a welcome gift.

The rooms and the entire structure are daily cleaned, sanitized and subjected to treatment with an Ozone generator.

For more privacy and comfort we also have a small apartment available, at basement floor, with bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and private kitchen.

We are out of the area ZTL, you can easily reach our hotel by car.

Public parking is available outside the hotel at only euro 4, 50 per day.

A bus stopping 100 m away takes you to Pisa train station and the airport.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delfo apartments. Very friendly host, clean and stylish room, within walking distance from the city center. Very quiet area and we had a good and comfortable rest after the road. I could recommend this place.

Belle chambre près des remparts, à 1, 6 kms de la tour de Pise à pieds. Pas de pb de stationnement, même s'il est payant (pas cher). Cuisine équipée appréciable.

Siamo state veramente soddisfatte di tutto: dalla struttura vicina alla nostra meta, alla gentilezza del personale e anche del proprietario che abbiamo avuto modo di incontrare e salutare appena arrivate. Noi non avevamo la colazione prevista, però c'era la cucina a disposizione con biscotti, caffè e altro... grazie, ci siamo sentite accolte. Elena.

A qualche minuto di cammino dalla Piazza dei Miracoli. Chi gestisce la struttura è molto attento e disponibile con noi clienti. Pulizia impeccabile. Se ritorno a Pisa chiederò ancora alloggio qui.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in questa struttura. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e il bagno nuovissimo. Unico difetto alcune pareti in cartongesso, per cui se si hanno vicini particolarmente rumorosi non sempre c'è tranquillità. La struttura si trova in una zona da cui è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi il centro e c'è disponibilità di parcheggio, sebbene a pagamento, con costi contenuti.

Parcheggio in strada senza difficoltà, check-in in autonomia, camera molto molto pulita, arredamento essenziale con materasso molto comodo. Abbiamo riposato benissimo. Se uno volesse arrivare in centro per visitare la vita è possibile farlo a piedi. Non abbiamo incontrato nessuno e tuttavia check-in e check-out sono stati indolori grazie alla chiarezza delle istruzioni ricevute. Prezzo imbattibile che minimizza il basso isolamento acustico tra le camere (dalla strada non proviene alcun rumore).

Un posto elegante, personale accogliente e ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro. Nonostante la colazione non sia prevista, offrono biscotti e bevande gratuite servite nella cucina comune. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Ottima struttura, rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione fuori dalle mura, si trova parcheggio a prezzo economico 0.75 all'ora, la città va vista a piedi. Gestore cordiale che ti accoglie offrendo una piccola bottiglietta di vino, sicuramente apprezzato da stranieri e non c'è possibilità di piccolo ristoro per colazione, io non ne ho usufruito, ma comunque c'era... sicuramente da tornare.

Struttura a poche centinaia di metri dalla piazza dei miracoli, abbiamo lasciato l'auto difronte alla struttura e camminato a piedi godendo del centro per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Struttura pulitissima e personale cordiale, il gestore disponibilissimo. Buon vino rosso offerto dal gestore che lo fa trovare in camera ogni giorno, anche se la colazione non era prevista a disposizione degli ospiti ci sono biscotti, fette biscottate, the, caffè solubile. Comodissima la cucina che abbiamo adoperato, ci siamo sentiti come a cada. Grazie, ritorneremo presto! Mario e Sarah

Affittacamere molto carino come posizione, completo di aria condizionata e in una stanza antistante sullo stesso piano e' presente un angolo cottura con frigo pero' una cosa molto importante, e' quasi impossibile dormire con serenità, alle prime ore della mattina e della tarda notte lo sbattere della porta non fa assolutamente riposare.

Bella camera grande, ottimo bagno con finestra, difficili da trovare (tutti al buio). Essendo PIsa una città attraversata da un gran fiume, le finestre/balconi dovrebbero avere le zanzariere.

Hanno alloggiato presso il B&B Delfo i miei genitori in occasione di una visita media a Pisa, si sono trovati molto bene, la camera è comoda, ben riscaldata e pulita. La zona è molto tranquilla. Il proprietario sempre sollecito ai contatti sia telefonici sia tramite social. Consigliata sicuramente.

Il gestore/proprietario (?) è stato prefetto. Ottima la disponibilità e le piccole attenzioni (eccezionale la presenza di buon vino e stuzzichini in stanza). Stanza pulita. Climatizzatore molto rumoroso. Letti e cuscini poco confortevoli. Struttura in una zona tranquilla vicinissima al mio personale punto di interesse e comunque vicina al centro storico Pisano.

Pulito accogliente ed ordinato dove il soggiorno è piacevole e ti senti a casa. Per quel che mi riguardava la posizione è ottima. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il libero uso della cucina.

La struttura è completamente ristrutturata, l'arredamento è semplice, le camere confortevoli e pulite. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, disponibile e si vede che lavora con passione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se dovessi tornare a Pisa tornerei decisamente a dormire qui.
