Pleasant structure near the sea of San Vincenzo. We did not experience breakfast as our checkout was earlier than the start of the service, due to the ferry coincidence to Elba in Piombino.

Excellent in all aspects the structure, "HOWEVER" one thing that I did not see as a criterion under "the kindness and availability of the staff". For this I would give it an "11". It really struck me in a positive way how the manager and the whole team treat the customers. They make you feel wonderfully welcome and truly at home. Regardless of the fantastic normal service and the very convenient prices (not only for overnight stays but also for bar services, etc.), they are there for assistance and to do favors (even those not included and paid for) to make your holidays or your stay at the structure in San Vincenzo pleasant, restful and recreational. Highly recommended at 100%. Thanks to Thomas and everyone, especially to the breakfast ladies and the always helpful and kind receptionist. Goodbye! Norbert.

A quiet little place, very well maintained, clean and pleasant. The room with 3 beds, for 2 people, more than adequate. Extremely kind and helpful staff, Large parking area, Economical.

Comfortable structure close to the beach and the town center. Staff always kind and helpful with various needs, clean and sanitized environment. We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The most important thing is the cleanliness and kindness of the staff. The room is new, clean and with simple furnishings. Ideal as a landing point for short stays. The breakfast is not too abundant, but there is availability from the managers to meet everyone's needs. It is very close to the beaches of San Vincenzo and therefore reachable on foot. The center is also just a stone's throw away. The structure still needs improvements but could really be the top.

Nice and comfortable hotel, located in a good position, close to the center, allows you to move around on foot. Clean and the staff is very kind, only small drawback, the rooms are a bit small.
