Description

“Le Camere in Piazza” give you the opportunity to spend your holidays in the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima. The rooms are located in the main square of the little village and the give you the possibility to spend a holiday away from traffic and chaos. At the same time you will discover again the pleasure to nose into the little streets of the village or visit its beauties like “La Rocca” or the Archaeomineral Park of San Silvestro. Besides in a few minutes it’s possible to reach the sea and the beaches from San Vincenzo to Baratti Gulf passing through the coastal Park of Rimigliano.

Beautiful room in an old building on the main square of the old village. Perfect bathroom. Large and very clean room. In the anteroom, there is a communal fridge with the other room (very useful). There is no air conditioning, but a fan is sufficient because the room is very cool.

Central location, everything you need can be found within a 5-minute walk. The place was very clean and the manager was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

I do not recommend this structure, not because of the location or the cleanliness of the room, but because it overlooks a square in the historic center of Campiglia Marittima and you can hear a lot of voices and music from a venue in the same square. Unfortunately, it is not possible to keep the windows closed as the terrible heat of these days makes the room suffocating, and the room does not have air conditioning, only a fan. We literally "escaped" one day early! The breakfast at the café in the square is on the level of a train station bar: cappuccino and croissant. We tried to ask for a refund due to the real impossibility of staying the second night, and we were told it was not possible. In the entire summer, no one had ever complained, and the property absolutely disagreed with what we reported.

Good for a passing night, beautiful and spacious room, some details should be taken care of with more attention. The village is beautiful and the room overlooks, as it says, the square. A bit of noise is physiological.

The structure is located right in one of the central squares of the town. Spacious room with private bathroom. Elisa, the owner, is very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every morning, replacing what was missing. A bit noisy due to the position in the square, but with the new windows closed, it is well soundproofed. Excellent starting point for the main seaside locations! We recommend!

Historic building renovated and excellent location; despite the summer events, the excellent soundproofed fixtures allow for a peaceful overnight stay. Impeccable and helpful management. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed just one night but we had a great time, my husband and I. Everything was perfect. The location in the center of the town, the lovely and very kind owner. It was a real pleasure to find such kindness and availability. Clean and super quiet room. We slept divinely. Until next time.

Beautiful village, square with bars and restaurants, strategic location a stone's throw from the historic mines, a few kilometers from the sea, from Piombino and the Etruscan sites. There was no breakfast, but the bar was downstairs. Silence during the night and that pleasant chatter in the morning when the village wakes up.

Structure located in a beautiful medieval village, near an important archaeological site. Also, a few kilometers away, there are several beach resorts. The property is managed by courteous, helpful, and generous people. The stay was very pleasant.

Great location right in the center, on the main square, close to all the shops and restaurants. Located in a restricted traffic area, so it is necessary to find parking outside, unfortunately in August it was slightly complicated to find one. Green room, beautiful and characteristic, the only flaw... the lack of air conditioning (we were already aware of this) which forced us to open the window from which, however, the smell of the food from the restaurant below entered. Apart from this small inconvenience, which we solved with a fan, the room is very pleasant and the private bathroom very nice. There is an entrance with a shared fridge with the neighboring room. Very kind and helpful owners. Recommended!

Very well furnished rooms in a splendid location on the square of the wonderful Campiglia. Ideal for enjoying the heart of the town and going to the beach with just a few minutes by car. The owner is very kind and helpful. We will come back soon. Highly recommended.

Spacious two-room apartment, brand new, and in an optimal position in the main square of Campiglia Marittima. The only advice to add to the description is to indicate inside the house the presence of 4 steps without a handrail to go to the bathroom.

The room is comfortable and beautifully renovated. The days were hot, so we resorted to the fan, which was sufficient. Air conditioning systems in Campiglia are not used (we counted three in the whole town). The managers were very kind and helpful.

Delightful room in the center of the magnificent Campiglia. The owner Elisa is very kind. Excellent solution for a weekend on the Etruscan coast, between sea and culture. We will definitely come back.

I stayed with my partner at Le Camere in Piazza during the summer period. We had already stayed at the property in the green room, but this year we stayed in the lilac room. The room, very well-kept, satisfied all our needs. The managers, especially Elisa, proved once again to be available to meet every request. The atmosphere of the ancient village is always pleasant and reflects the typical Tuscan spirit. We look forward to the next vacation.

What a pity, we only had one night... a delightful place, in a truly enchanting village! More than warm welcome, the apartment is really nice, well-kept and clean, the center is a bit noisy during the night, but it's worth it. In the morning, breakfast at the bar in the square was offered to us by surprise by the managers. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back!

The room was clean and welcoming, the staff was kind and helpful. New and clean bathroom, beautiful little village and fantastic party. I didn't think there could be so many people in such a small location. Very close to the beaches of San Vincenzo, about 10 minutes by clock. The only downside was the parking (scarce) and the lack of air conditioning in the room. I highly recommend it, I would gladly return.

The bed and breakfast is in the center of Campiglia, where with a few steps there is everything to spend time on vacation! The Green room is very nice, clean, and spacious. The owner is very kind and helpful. We had a really good time!

The stay at this structure was truly pleasant. The room was not only very welcoming, spacious, beautiful, but also very clean. It was very nice to find chocolates and samples of excellent products as a gift for our arrival. The owner is very kind and very willing to provide information and advice to make the most of the beauties that can be found in the surroundings of Campiglia. The only inconvenience is the bell tower located near the square, but in front of so much courtesy, politeness, and hospitality, at least for us, it was not a problem at all.
