An ideal starting point for day trips to Lake Garda, Venice, Dolomites, and Merano. The capital of Bolzano is only a 10-minute drive and can also be easily reached by public transportation. Breakfast provisions are included for guests to prepare themselves. Additional towel changes (2 pieces per person) are available for a fee of €2.50. Family-run establishment. Note: Rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and tidying. Please communicate any special needs in advance.

Everything was perfect. Mrs. Antonella was very helpful. The property is very close to Bolzano and other nearby locations. The room is spacious and warm, equipped with all comforts.

It was a total disappointment: the room and the bathroom were dirty. There were many old cobwebs, which suggested they had been there for many months. Dust prevailed in every corner. Room cleaning was not carried out and the beds were not made. Let's spare the details about the kitchen fridge: the outside was full of leaves and dried flowers, which gave an impression of complete neglect. There was no air conditioning. It was a bad experience for our relatives and our niece. Strongly not recommended.

"Le Camere di Sam" is a very nice Bed & Breakfast, located in San Giacomo (St Jakob), a quiet area in Bolzano, close to both the hospital and the airport and connected to the city center by a shuttle. Everything is very clean, the rooms and the bathroom are simple and nice, the beds are comfortable and, given the quietness of the area, you sleep very well. If you go in winter, there are quilts that keep you warm and don't make you sweat (very important for someone who suffers from heat like me and for a good well-being). The owner is kind and helpful. They don't provide breakfast in the common sense of the term, but there is an area where you can find a kettle, different types of tea, biscuits, and a coffee machine, so, perfect! I would love to come back, maybe even in spring with the trees in bloom. Thank you for the welcome!

Very beautiful and well-maintained structure, very kind reception that makes an effort even if you don't know the language, clean and well-kept rooms, super breakfast. I gave very high scores, and if I happen to be in the area again, I will not fail to stay there again.
