A guesthouse situated in a peaceful location amidst orchards. Accessible within 5 minutes from the airport, highway, and trade fair area. An ideal starting point for day trips to Lake Garda, Venice, Dolomites, and Merano. The capital of Bolzano is only a 10-minute drive and can also be easily reached by public transportation. Breakfast provisions are included for guests to prepare themselves. Additional towel changes (2 pieces per person) are available for a fee of €2.50. Family-run establishment. Note: Rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and tidying. Please communicate any special needs in advance.

Good quiet location, Bolzano is easily reachable with an excellent bus service, I will come back there.

A good place to stay but a bit remote and not too easy to find. All in all though, I would recommend it.

"Le Camere di Sam" è un B&B molto carino, situato a San Giacomo (St Jakob), una zona tranquilla di Bolzano, vicino sia all'ospedale che all'aeroporto e collegato al centro della città con un pulmino. È tutto molto pulito, le stanze e il bagno sono semplici e carini, i letti sono comodi e, dato il silenzio della zona, si dorme benissimo. Se si va d'inverno ci sono delle trapunte che tengono caldo e non ti fanno sudare (importantissimo per una che soffre il caldo come me e per un buon benessere). La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. Non danno la colazione, nel senso comune del termine, ma c'è un'area dove puoi trovare bollitore, diversi tipi di the, biscottini e macchina per il caffè, quindi, perfetto! Mi piacerebbe molto tornare, magari anche in primavera con gli alberi in fiore. Grazie per l'accoglienza!

Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta, reception, molto gentili che si sforzano anche se non sai la lingua, camere pulite e ben tenute, colazione super ho dato voti molto alti, e se ricapito in zona non mancherò di soggiornarvi ancora.
