Villa Punta Lunga is perfect for 4/5 people, where comfort and beauty come together to offer you an unforgettable experience. This house is a true gem, equipped with two air-conditioned bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with showers, ensuring maximum comfort. The first bedroom, measuring 19 square meters, has a double bed (mattress 160x200 h. 20) and, if needed, a third single bed, with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, measuring 15 square meters, has 2 single beds (mattresses 90x190 h. 20), which can easily be converted into a double bed. The second bathroom, for the use of this room, is located nearby. The cozy living room, measuring 19 square meters, and a well-equipped kitchen of 15 square meters invite you to create special moments with friends and family. Additionally, the private garden is a little piece of paradise, complete with sun loungers, a table, and chairs, perfect for relaxing in the sun or hosting outdoor dinners with a barbecue. This year, the real novelty is the rooftop solarium, an exclusive patio where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the entire bay, making every moment even more special.

Discover our delightful annex/studio designed to accommodate two people. Inside, you will find a practical sofa bed that is easy to open and close, featuring a welded mesh and a mattress measuring 160x190 cm with a height of 20 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, and the kitchenette is ready for your culinary adventures. But that's not all! Outside, you can relax in the sun with a table and chairs, and prepare delicious barbecues while enjoying the stunning view of Marasolo beach.

Also available are independent heating, a plasma satellite TV, a hairdryer, and a safe. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

During the high season, from 01/06/2025 to 27/09/2025, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required, from Saturday to Saturday. The rate includes a mid-week cleaning (excluding the kitchen) and a change of bed and bath linens. During the low season, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required, and the rate includes bed and bath linens with a weekly change. Check-in is in the afternoon, while check-out is in the morning by 10: 30 AM. The villa is available all year round.

Less than 1 km away is the town of Favignana, where you can experience the vibrant local life and find supermarkets that deliver groceries directly to your home. To explore the island, I recommend renting bicycles or e-bikes, but you can also find scooters and cars for rent. If you come with your own vehicle, you can park in front of the villa.
