Description
In the province of Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo offers two apartments located within a historic villa built in 1968 in a spacious area. The villa is situated in a peaceful and quiet location, surrounded by nature and greenery, and is located near the tourist port of Via Calamancina 29, very close to the sea and the town center.

The interior spaces are air-conditioned and equipped with 20 Mega ADSL WiFi, a 4-burner stove with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The living room is complete with a wooden table and chairs, two sofas, one of which is a three-seater leather sofa, and a double sofa bed. The bedroom is equipped with two satellite TVs and a digital terrestrial TV, a wardrobe with a safe, and a bed with an allergenic mattress. The bathroom has a shower and accessories. The accommodation can sleep up to 5 people with a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a single bed. The large windows are equipped with curtains and blackout blinds. For winter periods, there is also a heat pump and propane stove for your comfort. For safety, there is a suitable fire extinguisher.

Ideal for couples and families, the villa also offers outdoor spaces including a circular indoor pool measuring 4.30 meters in diameter and 1.30 meters high. There are three large gazebo lounges complete with garden tables and chairs, three shaded parking spaces within the villa's enclosure, and a double two-burner brick barbecue. Guests can also enjoy garden furniture, a green carpet spread over most of the ground, a double hammock under a bougainvillea-covered gazebo, and a heated outdoor hydromassage shower in a closed box. A washing machine is also available for guests to use. In the evening, guests can enjoy the fresh air of the pine forest and the suggestive effect of the garden lights. Mountain bikes are also available for guests to use. The beach is very close and is free, with the possibility of renting umbrellas and sunbeds. The villa's strategic location, quiet and peaceful area, and proximity to the town center make it an ideal place to stay. San Vito Lo Capo is 30 km from Trapani, 40 km from Trapani Birgi Vincenzo Florio Airport, and 80 km from Palermo's Falcone Borsellino Airport.

Se non siete ancora venuti da Andrea nella sua struttura "Villa Genna" vi consigliamo di venirci. Un ampio appartamento che si affaccia su un bel giardino con gazebo e piscina. Si trova a due passi (e sono proprio solo due!) dalla fantastica spiaggia di San Vito Lo Capo, dal centro, dai numerosi ristoranti, gelaterie e pasticcerie! Durante i periodi di alta stagione apprezzerete sicuramente il vostro posto auto riservato all'interno del giardino di Villa Genna: un posteggio riparato e all'ombra. Nell'appartamento ho notato che c'è il riscaldamento, perciò anche se andata in questa stagione (inverno) avrete il confort di un ambiente caldo autogestito. Il gestore Andrea ci ha accolti con il sorriso e durante il nostro soggiorno non ha mancato di darci consigli per apprezzare sin da subito la città ed i suoi dintorni. Tutto quello che ci ha consigliato non era previsto dalle solite guide turistiche "bravo Andrea! Prima o poi rivedremo. Grazie.
