Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Splendida struttura nuova, pulitissima, organizzata. A due passi dal mare con possibilità di parcheggio economico nelle vicinanze. Ottima trattoria degli stessi proprietari (u Sfizziusu). Personale gioviale, accogliente e disponibile. Torneremo.

È una struttura unica, difficile trovare di meglio. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, è elegante e confortevole, pulitissimo e comodo, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. I titolari e lo staff, molto simpatici e disponibili, ti fanno sentire come a casa. Non manca niente ma se hai bisogno di qualcos'altro ci pensano loro. La colazione è super, dal dolce al salato.. e i dolci fatti da Marianna sono irresistibili. Mai più senza Ciuri di Mari!

La struttura è nuovissima, completa di ogni comfort con design attuale. Cortesia gentilezza gratis. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Il terrazzino è un bigiuox ed iniziare la giornata con Marianna e le sue torte è un valore aggiunto. consiglio di cenare al USfiziusu per finire al meglio la giornata.

Che dire, una struttura di eccellenza con dei gestori, marianna e Ignazio di una disponibilità unica. Un ambiente curato nei particolari e soprattutto una pulizia accurata, difficile da trovare in altri bed. la colazione poi con la freschezza, abbondanza e genuinità dei prodotti offerti è una vera manna. Complimenti davvero merita sicuramente di trascorrervi quanto prima un altro soggiorno. Mauro e Giusi il romano e la toscana.
