This cozy and bright villa is designed for those who want to experience San Vito Lo Capo in a setting of relaxation, comfort, and well-organized spaces. Located in a quiet residential area, it allows for easy walking access: the beach is reachable in about eight minutes, while the town center, which features shops, bars, and supermarkets, is just a five or six-minute stroll away.

The house accommodates up to four adults and one child on a fold-out bed, spread over multiple levels to ensure privacy and a clear separation of living areas. The main floor includes a living room, kitchen, and a full bathroom with a spacious shower, complete with a dispenser for shower gel and shampoo as well as a hairdryer. The kitchen opens directly to a covered veranda and terrace, one of the most cherished spaces in the home: a cool and private area perfect for outdoor meals, relaxing moments after a day at the beach, or simply enjoying the tranquility. This area is furnished with a table and chairs, a convenient laundry corner with a washing machine, and a small outdoor garden, ideal for rinsing off sand or cleaning beach equipment.

The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and features two bedrooms, both equipped with balconies and fixed sunshades that filter natural light, ensuring privacy and allowing for restful sleep even with the shutters open. On this level, there is a second bathroom with a large shower, also equipped with dispensers and a hairdryer, though it does not include a bidet. For stays with a maximum of two guests, only the bathroom on the bedroom floor is available.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, WiFi, a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services, and all the essential comforts for a pleasant and worry-free stay. Additionally, there is a sun terrace with loungers and a relaxation area, perfect for taking a break away from the beach. A particularly valued feature, especially during the summer months, is the private parking within the property, which makes the stay even more convenient and relaxing.
