An exclusive place within walking distance, the seaside promenade, Villa Mazzini with the municipal aquarium, the Vittorio Emanuele Theatre, Piazza Duomo, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. It is also located close to Viale Boccetta, the road that leads to the motorway junction and Via Garibaldi, an artery that crosses the historic center and leads in a few minutes to Piazza Cairoli, and from here to Viale San Martino, the shopping street. The location is excellent for reaching the nearby (450 m) Faculty of Education Sciences (ideal accommodation for off-site teachers and students). The Cathedral of Messina is only 1300 m away and can be reached with a comfortable walk in the adjacent and very central Via Garibaldi.
The tram stop is only 190 m away, with this you can reach the Regional Museum, the Caronte private embarkations, the Port, the Messina Town Hall, the Cruise Terminal (2 stops), the Maritime Station, the Railway Station - Bus (4 stops), the shopping streets Piazza Cairoli and Viale San Martino, the monumental cemetery, the University Hospital.
