The Residence and vacation home is located in the first row by the sea, among the sand dunes gently sloping down to the beach of Spinazza in Marzamemi.
It is just a few steps away from the center of Marzamemi, a small fishing village with Arab influences that offers its visitors very picturesque views. It is also very close to equipped beaches and dining places where you can taste typical dishes of the area. Not far away is the Vendicari Wildlife Oasis, a natural heritage where you can admire the Mediterranean vegetation and all the other wonders of nature that this "piece of Africa" has to offer. It is also not far from Portopalo di Capo Passero, below the parallel of Tunis, a crossroads of civilizations and cultures as well as a dividing line between the Ionian and Mediterranean Seas.
