Breakfast will be served in our dining room from 8. 00 to 10. 00 am. You will find a wonderful breakfast with high quality and seasonal products.

Our breakfast was described by our guests has a triumph of flavours and delicacies, accompanied by family porcelain and glassware and lot of passion.

The buffet includes homemade cake or other type of sweet, bread, honey from Etna, homemade jams, natural organic yogurt, seasonal fruit, dried fruit, milk, fruit juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, espresso and cappuccino. We also offer American type breakfast according to our guests’ needs. Be prepared for our surprises…
We can also prepare a special breakfast for guests that are intolerant to gluten or for other special dietary needs. Upon request.

Lida and Giuseppe, after thirty years of experience in the hotel industry both abroad and in Italy, he as Chef and she as Hotel Manager, decide to settle down in Marzamemi.

They decided to takeover the family home located in the village of Marzamemi in the province of Siracusa where Giuseppe’s grandmother “Antonina” lived. She was the daughter of the last “Raïs” (Captain) of the “tonnara” (trap). The house was his gift to her and her family. The choice of the name "MaNanna" in Sicilian means "My Grandmother“, in honour of Nonna Antonina. After a complete refurbishment, Lida and Giuseppe decide to open the doors of their home and welcome guests in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It is open to all of those that wish to experience the real Sicilian hospitality.

MaNanna B&B is located in the historical center of Marzamemi at only two steps away from the beautiful Regina Margherita square where you will find the Palace of the Prince of Villa Dorata and its “tonnara” (trap) dated 1752, as well as shops, bars and restaurants.

Marzamemi, surrounded by the sea and beaches, is located at the extreme south east of Sicily and is part of Val di Noto. Marzamemi is in an ideal and strategic position, situated in the middle of the Syracuse and Ragusa provinces where history, culture and beauty reigh.

We are located 50 m from the main square of Marzamemi and 50 m from the private paying car park. During the months from April and May (weekends only) and from June to September (every day) in Marzamemi is a ZTL area from 11: 00 am onwards. Before the ZTL time starts you can unload your luggage directly at the B&B and you will have to move your car to the parking lot.

We spent our vacation in Sicily at this B&B and the experience was fantastic. Lida and Giuseppe know how to make their guests feel at home. In this B&B, guests can expect availability, professionalism, and exceptional human warmth. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, ensuring cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast is a real dream, with everything homemade. Every morning, there is a sweet made by Giuseppe waiting for you. His cannoli are simply fabulous! Our advice is to visit this place and come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything Lida and Giuseppe!

Highly recommended place, the guest feels at the center of attention. Giuseppe and Lida are very friendly and professional, always ready to give some advice on places to visit. Excellent location just a stone's throw from Marzamemi square. P.S.: Giuseppe's crêpes and cannoli are fantastic.

Holiday at the beginning of September 2020. Clean, delightful structure, carefully maintained by the hosts Giuseppe and Lida. Breakfast always with fresh products, worth mentioning are the desserts prepared by Giuseppe. They advised us throughout the stay, always with lovely availability. We practically felt like family! We can only suggest you to be guests of theirs!

Beautiful structure in an exceptional location. The managers are fantastic people, who gave us many tips on the beaches to visit. Giuseppe's pastries at breakfast are spectacular. We hope to go back.

I highly recommend to all those who intend to visit the southeastern part of Sicily to stay at MaNanna B&B. Excellent value for money. Spacious, clean, well-kept room with a sea view terrace, air conditioning, and a minibar that proved essential for water and fruit, given the high temperatures of the area. As soon as we arrived, my friend and I found a room and a tray of delicious pastries. The owners Lida (who used to be a hotel manager) and Giuseppe (former chef) are two wonderful people who made us feel at home. Every morning, in addition to the rich breakfast, Giuseppe made a cake with typical local products. Every day they gave us excellent advice on what to see and how to get to the places. A wonderful holiday certainly enriched by our experience at MaNanna B&B. I hope to return as soon as possible.

New and welcoming structure, located 2 steps away from the center, the sea and the parking lot, the managers are very kind and friendly, they made us find a tray with truly exquisite almond pastries, the breakfast is very refined accompanied by the delicious cakes of Giuseppe, a greeting to Lida. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere il B&B ed i proprietari. Gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre sorridenti, anche nei confronti di Rolly, la nostra Labrador. Posto magnifico, torte squisite ogni mattina, stanza bella e sempre pulita. Lo consiglio a tutti e sicuramente torneremo a trovarli. La Sicilia sempre nel cuore.

In ottima posizione e di recente ristrutturazione questo B&B è molto accogliente. I gestori sono cordiali e disponibili. Una gradita sorpresa a colazione i muffin alle noci preparati personalmente dallo chef e proprietario Giuseppe e le ottime marmellate fatte in casa.

Il B&B è ben posizionato, vicino sia al parcheggio sia al centro di Marzamemi. Facile da raggiungere. Ambiente pulito, nuovo e ben arredato. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La colazione preparata da loro offre prodotti freschi e della zona.

La struttura è nuova, curata con gusto nei dettagli, e centralissima rispetto al cuore turistico di Marzamemi. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato ("Zagara") è spaziosa, comoda, ben arredata e oltremodo pulita, dotata inoltre di un terrazzino dal quale si vede il mare. La colazione, abbondante e deliziosa (ottima la torta col cioccolato e le banane), ci è stata servita in una sala al pian terreno con tovaglia, stoviglie e posate dal gusto delicatissimo che, come altri dettagli della struttura, rispecchiano a mio avviso l'autentico piacere di ospitare e condividere dei proprietari, che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a nostro agio per tutto il soggiorno. Ci torneremo.

Soggiorno breve ma piacevole. Presso questa struttura, io e mia moglie, abbiamo trovato tutto quello che si cerca quando si vuole trascorrere qualche giorno di relax fuori casa! La signora Lida, insieme al marito, si è mostrata premurosa, attenta e, nello stesso tempo, molto socievole! Grazie e a presto!
