Our selection of traditional dishes is wide and accurate, prepared with taste and lightness thanks to the use of local products, such as DOP Sicilian cheeses, Val di Noto oils, fresh fish from our seas, cured meats and meats from local farms, and vegetables and fruits from organic farming.

We also pay special attention to desserts, a pride of Sicilian cuisine, and the preparation of fresh gelato, jams, and semifreddi using ingredients such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios, lemons, oranges, fresh ricotta, and wild thyme honey.
