Located in the heart of the baroque city of Noto, just a stone's throw away from Vittorio Emanuele street, the finely renovated B&B Incanto Siciliano has four rooms with private bathrooms and balconies, equipped with all the comforts (air conditioning/heating, LED TV, hairdryer, mini-fridge and kettle).

In the morning, a buffet breakfast with typical local products will be served.

Very well-kept B&B with distinctive rooms, each different from the others. Elegant decor with typical Sicilian elements. Very large bathroom. Everything very clean. Nice terrace where breakfast is served. Excellent breakfast with high-quality sweet and savory products, local fruit and fresh juices. The owner is very helpful and attentive. Comfortable and well-organized check-in. I highly recommend it.

The property is in a very convenient location for visiting Noto and as a base for exploring the surrounding area. The renovation was well done with creative and interesting solutions, the rooms are a bit small but complete. We did not always manage to find parking in the immediate vicinity.

We had a great time in Noto, we were in the heart of the city. The room was very charming, clean as it was done every day and with water bottles available. If I can find a flaw, the shower was a bit small and the owner did not speak English well (which did not really bother us since there are many online translators). But the breakfast was INCREDIBLE, full of homemade dishes and with adjustments to the times if necessary. Our stay was more than perfect and the owner is very helpful, especially regarding the free parking spaces that can be found in the surrounding streets. The check-in could also be done early. Caterina, the fantastic landlady, advised us on where to have dinner and provided directions on what to see in Noto and its surroundings. The B&B Incanto Siciliano is furnished with great care, even in the details. We did not have any difficulty regarding parking, although the streets in the center are narrow.

The location of the room is centrally located, furnished with great taste and impeccable cleanliness. The manager Cristina was very kind, very helpful and attentive to our needs. Excellent breakfast with homemade products served on a beautiful terrace. If we were to return to Noto, we would definitely stay here. I highly recommend it.

Structure furnished in Sicilian style, very clean and centrally located. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful with fresh and always different local products. The management is very well cared for and Caterina, the owner, pays a lot of attention such as the bottles of water always in the fridge, the beach umbrella, the possibility of having a cooler bag and many super accurate tips.

I give a 10 for breakfast only because there is no higher rating... Caterina, our host, manages to personally prepare all the sweet leavened products that make us start the day every morning and also an excellent lemon granita, while the savory leavened products and jams are made by Caterina's mother... The B&B is centrally located but away from traffic, meticulously detailed, clean, and comfortable. There are 4 of us and we stayed for 12 days. Every morning Caterina, along with the sumptuous breakfast, would suggest what to do and see, how to reach the various destinations, how to organize with parking... in short: a true Sicilian Enchantment.

Caterina immediately welcomed us with great kindness and availability. Every morning she made us find a very varied breakfast (both sweet and savory) characterized by typical and homemade products of the highest quality and goodness. The room was very nice, well-kept and very clean and the location fantastic as it is easily connected to the city center. Caterina also recommended several places to eat, both for aperitifs and dinners, and gave us very useful tips for getting around the surrounding areas.

Unfortunately, the ground floor room was too hot and the air conditioner was positioned right above the bed, so we couldn't keep it on during the night. It was not possible to keep the window open as it faced the street. As a result, we had a rather bad night.

I wholeheartedly recommend the B&B Incanto Siciliano and host Caterina. My partner and I stayed for just over a week in June. Everything was wonderful - the rooms were lovely and the breakfast was amazing every single day. The B&B Incanto Siciliano is located close to everything you would want to see and do in Noto. Caterina was helpful throughout and we genuinely felt sad to say goodbye. If you are looking for somewhere in Noto then look no further.
