What guests say

Guests praise this well-kept, very clean B&B in a central yet quiet location, convenient for exploring Noto on foot. Rooms are tastefully furnished, and host Caterina is often commended for her warm welcome and helpful recommendations. The generous, varied breakfast featuring local and homemade products—sometimes served on the rooftop terrace—is a highlight. A few guests note that some rooms are small, and parking on nearby streets can be challenging.

We spent one night at this charming, well-located property with a terrace that offers a nice view of the roofs of some buildings. The breakfast was excellent with homemade items; we really enjoyed it!

We only stayed there one night. Everything, however, was really perfectly organized. The owner Catarina was very helpful and she prepared for us a really good, incredibly plentiful breakfast with a lot of attention to detail. The B&B is very central, yet quiet. The rooms are kept in a modern style and everything works. Only the size of the room at 15 m² was a bit small, which was, however, mentioned in the description. For longer stays it would be too small for us. We can recommend it with a clear conscience.

A very nice B&B in the center of Noto. Caterina is very warm and extremely helpful. We had the best breakfast on our trip to Sicily: bruschetta and other topped breads, olives, antipasti, cheese, cold cuts, croissants, cake, fruit and more. My husband also loved the shower — finally high enough and with a good water flow. Often in Italy bathrooms and showers are designed for people up to 1.75 m, which was not the case here. We can only recommend it. Thank you very much for the lovely stay.

Really lovely B&B on a quiet street right off the main street in Noto. The host was incredibly charming and we had the most delicious breakfast made with local products.

Parking was a bit challenging. There is no parking at the hotel. It is only available on nearby streets.

Caterina is a very likeable host. We felt very comfortable from the start. Check-in was easy, the room very stylish, and the cleaning was perfect, including towel changes. The whole accommodation is very tasteful and stylish. On the terrace with a view you can sit nicely during the day or in the evening. Breakfast is also served there (in good weather, of course, outside). What Caterina offers for breakfast is truly impressive! With love she prepares new, fine things daily and the selection is huge. The B&B has a great location in the middle of town, but it is very quiet. You can park in the surrounding streets. We found our stay wonderful!

Very well-kept B&B with distinctive rooms, each different from the others. Elegant decor with typical Sicilian elements. Very large bathroom. Everything very clean. Nice terrace where breakfast is served. Excellent breakfast with high-quality sweet and savory products, local fruit and fresh juices. The owner is very helpful and attentive. Comfortable and well-organized check-in. I highly recommend it.

Caterina welcomed us warmly. The directions to get in were very detailed, and she offered help with everything. Breakfast was extremely delicious - truly one of the best I had in Italy. The accommodation is very beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

Caterina pampered us for five days with fantastic breakfasts and helpful sightseeing tips. The property is in a very convenient location for visiting Noto and as a base for exploring the surrounding area. The renovation was well done with creative and interesting solutions, the rooms are a bit small but complete. We did not always manage to find parking in the immediate vicinity.

We had a great time in Noto, we were in the heart of the city. The room was very charming, clean as it was done every day and with water bottles available. If I can find a flaw, the shower was a bit small and the owner did not speak English well (which did not really bother us since there are many online translators). But the breakfast was INCREDIBLE, full of homemade dishes and with adjustments to the times if necessary. Our stay was more than perfect and the owner is very helpful, especially regarding the free parking spaces that can be found in the surrounding streets. The check-in could also be done early. Thank you, Caterina!

Caterina, the fantastic landlady, advised us on where to have dinner and provided directions on what to see in Noto and its surroundings. The B&B Incanto Siciliano is furnished with great care, even in the details. We did not have any difficulty regarding parking, although the streets in the center are narrow.

A great B&B in a quiet and central location. Our room was modern, clean and very comfortable with a delicious and varied breakfast served on the roof terrace. Lots of interesting places within easy reach apart from Noto itself. Caterina was very knowledgeable and helpful. All together an excellent place to stay.

The location of the room is centrally located, furnished with great taste and impeccable cleanliness. The manager Cristina was very kind, very helpful and attentive to our needs. Structure furnished in Sicilian style, very clean and centrally located. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful with fresh and always different local products. The management is very well cared for and Caterina, the owner, pays a lot of attention such as the bottles of water always in the fridge, the beach umbrella, the possibility of having a cooler bag and many super accurate tips.

I give a 10 for breakfast only because there is no higher rating... Caterina, our host, manages to personally prepare all the sweet leavened products that make us start the day every morning and also an excellent lemon granita, while the savory leavened products and jams are made by Caterina's mother... The B&B is centrally located but away from traffic, meticulously detailed, clean, and comfortable. There are 4 of us and we stayed for 12 days. Every morning Caterina, along with the sumptuous breakfast, would suggest what to do and see, how to reach the various destinations, how to organize with parking... in short: a true Sicilian Enchantment.

Caterina immediately welcomed us with great kindness and availability. Every morning she made us find a very varied breakfast (both sweet and savory) characterized by typical and homemade products of the highest quality and goodness. The room was very nice, well-kept and very clean and the location fantastic as it is easily connected to the city center. Caterina also recommended several places to eat, both for aperitifs and dinners, and gave us very useful tips for getting around the surrounding areas.

Unfortunately, the ground floor room was too hot and the air conditioner was positioned right above the bed, so we couldn't keep it on during the night. It was not possible to keep the window open as it faced the street. As a result, we had a rather bad night.

Beautiful, clean and welcoming structure. Exceptional breakfast, but a 10 goes to Caterina, thanks to her advice we spent three beautiful days; she conveys the passion for her work and this is also reflected in the details of her B&B.

We stayed for two nights. It was a splendid stay. Caterina welcomed us to her comfortable, spotless, well-equipped and well-furnished property. Breakfast was the highlight: very fresh typical products and a wide variety to satisfy all tastes. Caterina was super helpful in giving us advice on what to visit and telling us interesting facts about Noto and its surroundings. If I were to visit the city again, I would have no doubts about which B&B to choose. Thank you so much Caterina and everyone have a great stay!

I wholeheartedly recommend the B&B Incanto Siciliano and host Caterina. My partner and I stayed for just over a week in June. Everything was wonderful - the rooms were lovely and the breakfast was amazing every single day. The B&B Incanto Siciliano is located close to everything you would want to see and do in Noto. Caterina was helpful throughout and we genuinely felt sad to say goodbye. If you are looking for somewhere in Noto then look no further.
