Kefalure is a holiday home, a terraced house recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, to make your stay in Cefalù pleasant and comfortable. It offers up to 4 beds. Ideal for a couple, even with children. The house is located inside the Magabù residence, under the promontory of Santa Lucia, at the entrance (west) of Cefalù, not far from the center and the sea. Near the structure there is a large parking lot, just below the accommodation. The terrace of the villa offers the possibility of pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners with a sea view. Some renowned restaurants and pizzerias are nearby and within walking distance. The large shared swimming pool is the real added value of the residence. THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN FROM MAY TO OCTOBER.

The district has now become a reference point for tourists, thanks also to important hotels and the increasingly massive presence of luxury villas and residences in the area. From the Santa Lucia district the sea can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the center of Cefalù is 5 minutes away by car.
