Description

The B&B Lumachella offers its guests the chance to enjoy the peace of its garden without sacrificing the comforts offered by the town: beach (at a 100 m distance), historical centre, railway station, shops, pharmacy, supermarket, are in fact all the services within a few meters from the villa.

Furthermore, it has its own private paid parking, inside the property.

Completely restored in 2010, the B&B includes three double rooms overlooking the garden, which is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas, and hammock, where you can have breakfast under the shade of palms and lemon trees, oranges and tangerines, and you can relax enjoying the beautiful nature.

Children under 3 years stay free in a baby cot (so you don't have to include them in guests count).

A quiet and comfortable B&B in a beautiful house with a big garden in a great location. An easy walk from the train station, very close to a supermarket, laundromat and restaurants. We enjoyed our walks along the seafront to the Centro Storico each day. Giuseppina was a kind host and we really enjoyed her homemade breakfast each morning.

We were welcomed by Mrs. Giuseppina as if we were at home. Friendly and helpful, we felt really comfortable. Two days of true relaxation. The room lacked nothing: a kettle, a coffee machine, a stocked minibar and a safe. Very spacious room with a balcony.

Our stay at Lumanchella B&B in Cefalù was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal, allowing easy access to the beautiful historic centre, the beach, restaurants, and everything Cefalù has to offer. The accommodation was comfortable, spotless, and maintained to the highest standards. Breakfast was a true highlight of our stay. Every morning, we were treated to a wonderful selection of delicious homemade cakes and other fresh foods, all prepared with great care and attention to detail. What made our experience truly exceptional, however, was the host, Giuseppina. She is kind, welcoming, highly organized, and always available to assist with anything guests may need. Her warmth and dedication made us feel completely at home and added a very personal touch to our stay. Lumanchella is one of the few places that delivers exactly what it promises on its website — and even exceeds expectations. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Cefalù and can confidently say that we will most certainly return. Thank you, Giuseppina, for making our stay so memorable!

The owner is very welcoming and helpful. She prepared a good and hearty breakfast for us, a specialty made with lemons from her garden, and a good cake. The room is comfortable, clean, with good bedding. The bathroom needs refreshing. We paid 20 €. It is not free as stated on the website. I recommend this place.

The location of the apartment is excellent: it is three minutes on foot from the beach. Next door there is a very well stocked supermarket. A ten-minute walk along the sea brings you to the historic old town. We had the ground-floor apartment with a terrace. It was very practical and comfortable, with its own table and chairs in the garden and lemon trees, from which a lemon was picked fresh in the morning for our tea. Breakfast was lovingly prepared with homemade lemon cream or tiramisu. There were also delicious croissants, fresh rolls, a selection of sweet spreads such as jams and Nutella, as well as cheese and salami. On request fresh eggs, such as scrambled eggs, were prepared, and very tasty bruschetta were served; you should definitely not say no to that. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned again every day after breakfast. In the fridge there was a small minibar with water, juices and beer (glasses included) at really fair prices, as well as some snacks like patatine (the tasty Italian chips). Guiseppina is a very nice host; communication was straightforward via WhatsApp. She also recommended a really delicious restaurant to us. In short: we felt very comfortable and will gladly recommend the accommodation.

Strategic location with excellent value for money considering the area. The owners are very kind and helpful. Generous breakfast. They gave us a room larger than the one we booked,with a small balcony and a really beautiful sea view. Highly recommended.

Beautiful room in a perfect location. Delicious bed and there is a refrigerator with drinks. We had a room with a private terrace. There is a supermarket around the corner. Within walking distance of the sea/boulevard and the town of Cefalù. There is an option to use a private parking space (+25.00 1 night). The breakfast is in the garden, it is well arranged and there is plenty of choice.

Tastefully furnished and clean rooms. Very good, abundant breakfast. The private parking space was a good alternative, parking is otherwise scarce even in the low season. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

We spent three nights at the B&B Lumachella and greatly appreciated the proximity to the town of Cefalù. We had a reserved private parking and could walk to the old town along the promenade in a few minutes. The host family was very welcoming and gave us some tips for sightseeing and excursions. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, and the lady fulfilled every culinary wish. The rooms were tip-top and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very beautiful house, for guests only 3 rooms, 200 meters to the sea, 7 minutes to the old town. Stayed here 2 times. When it was the first time I remembered very tasty breakfasts, the cannoli cooked by the hostess were delicious! Now breakfasts have become standard and treat guests like in a big hotel. One day was cool, but the blanket was very old and dirty. I had a birthday, but no one even congratulated.
